Description
固定子コア21に設けられた複数のスロット22に挿入された複数のセグメント30を捻り曲げ、異なるスロット22から周方向に延び出るとともに端部31が径方向で隣接する2本のセグメント30を電気導体対として径方向両側から押圧しながら溶接により接合する電気導体としてのセグメント30の接合方法である。
そして、本実施形態のセグメント(電気導体)30の接合方法は、端部31が径方向に並ぶように配置される複数のセグメント30からなる端部31a〜h有するセグメント30群(第1電気導体群)を電気導体対ごとに溶接する第1接合工程と、第1接合工程の後に、端部31a〜h有するセグメント30群の径方向中央に位置する端部31dを有する第1電気導体としてのセグメント30(端部31eを有するセグメント30)に対して径方向中央側の反対側で交差する第2電気導体としての端部31c−1を有するセグメント30(端部31f−1を有するセグメント30)を含む複数のセグメント30からなり、当該セグメント30の端部31が径方向に並ぶ端部31a−1〜h−1を有するセグメント30群を電気導体対ごとに溶接する第2接合工程と、を含む。

Claims (2)
- コアに設けられた複数のスロットに挿入された複数の電気導体を捻り曲げ、
異なる前記スロットから周方向に延び出るとともに端部が径方向で隣接する2本の前記電気導体を電気導体対として径方向両側から押圧しながら溶接により接合する電気導体の接合方法であって、
端部が径方向に並ぶように配置される複数の前記電気導体からなる第1電気導体群を前記電気導体対ごとにクランプ治具によって位置を矯正することにより、前記電気導体対の2本の前記電気導体の端部を径方向で互いに近づくように移動させて溶接する第1接合工程と、
前記第1電気導体群の周方向一側に位置し、前記電気導体の端部が径方向に並ぶ第2電気導体群を前記電気導体対ごとに前記クランプ治具によって位置を矯正することにより、前記電気導体対の2本の前記電気導体の端部を径方向で互いに近づくように移動させて溶接する第2接合工程と、
を含み、
前記第1電気導体群及び前記第2電気導体群は、径方向で隣接する前記電気導体は、径方向中央で隣接する前記電気導体を除いて前記スロットから延びる方向が互いに逆向きの互い違いになっており、
前記第1接合工程で、前記第1電気導体群の端部の移動に伴って前記電気導体対のうち、径方向中央より外側に位置する前記電気導体が径方向中央から離れる方向に移動する前記第2電気導体群を前記第1接合工程の次の溶接対象として前記第2接合工程で溶接する電気導体の接合方法。 - 前記第2接合工程では、押圧装置によって径方向の内径側及び外径側の両側から前記第2電気導体群を押圧する請求項1に記載の電気導体の接合方法。
