Description
本発明に係る高強度共重合アラミド繊維はシアノ基(−CN)が置換された芳香族基を含むアラミド共重合体で構成され、弾性率が1,100〜1,300g/dであり、強度が17〜30g/dであり、伸度が1〜4%であることを特徴とする。
結晶化度(%)
X−ray分析を通じて得た回折パターンを使用して結晶ピークと無定形ピークの比を求めて測定した。
X−ray分析を通じて得た回折パターンを使用して半値幅(FWHM:Full Width at Half Maximum)を求め、 シェラーの式 (Scherrer equation)を用いて計算した。
ASTM D885試験方法によってアラミド繊維の引張物性を測定した。具体的には、インストロン試験機(Instron Engineering Corp、Cantion、Mass)で長さが25cmである共重合アラミド繊維が破断するまで引き伸ばして繊維の物性を求めた。
X−ray分析を通じて得た回折パターンの各面の位置で 方位角のスキャン(Azimuthal scan)を行った後、各ピークの半価幅(FWHM:Full Width at Half Maximum)を求め配向角を求めた。
但し、以下の実施例は本発明の理解を助けるための例示であって、いかなる意味においても本発明の権利範囲を限定するものと解すべきではない。
3重量%のCaCl2を含むN−メチル−2−ピロリドン(NMP)有機溶媒を窒素雰囲気下で反応器内に入れ、パラ−フェニレンジアミン(p−phenylenediamine)50モル%とシアノ−パラ−フェニレンジアミン(cyano−p−phenylenediamine)50モル%を前記反応器に入れ、溶解して混合溶液を製造した。
3重量%のCaCl2を含むN−メチル−2−ピロリドン(NMP)有機溶媒を窒素雰囲気下で反応器内に入れ、シアノ−パラ−フェニレンジアミン(cyano−p−phenylenediamine)100モル%を前記反応器に入れ、溶解して混合溶液を製造した。

Claims (3)
- シアノ基(−CN)が置換された芳香族基を含むアラミド共重合体で構成され、弾性率が1,100〜1,300g/dであり、強度が17〜30g/dであり、伸度が1〜4%であることを特徴とする高強度共重合アラミド繊維。
- 高強度共重合アラミド繊維の結晶化度が60〜80%であり、結晶サイズが100〜200Å(200面)及び100〜170Å(110面)であり、配向度(200面)が2〜9°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高強度共重合アラミド繊維。
