- 前記ラッチは、側方オフセット延長部分を含み、前記細長いシャフトの前記上方ハウジング部分および前記下方ハウジング部分のうちの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの傾斜部分を含み、該少なくとも1つの傾斜部分は、前記そりプッシャーアセンブリが前記駆動梁アセンブリに対して遠位方向に移動することを可能にするために、該駆動梁アセンブリが遠位方向に移動させられる場合、該側方オフセット延長部分によって係合されて、前記近位壁部分との係合からはずす該ラッチの移動をもたらすように構成されている、請求項7に記載の外科手術ステープル留め装置。

- 前記弾性部材の前記底部部分は、少なくとも1つの移動止めを含み、該少なくとも1つの移動止めは、対応するインデントに結合し、該対応するインデントは、前記スロットに隣接して、前記カートリッジアセンブリ上に配置されている、請求項11に記載の外科手術ステープル留め装置。
- 前記ツールアセンブリは、前記外科手術ステープル留め装置の前記細長いシャフトの前記遠位端に取り外し可能に結合可能である、請求項1に記載の外科手術ステープル留め装置。

該シャフトの遠位端に配置されているツールアセンブリであって、該ツールアセンブリは、カートリッジアセンブリを支持している第1の顎部材と、アンビルを支持している第2の顎部材とを含み、該カートリッジアセンブリは、複数のファスナーと、該カートリッジアセンブリから該複数のファスナーを射出するように位置決めされているそりとを有し、該第1の顎部材は、間隔が空けられた位置と接近させられた位置との間を該第2の顎部材に対して移動可能である、ツールアセンブリと、
そりプッシャーを含むそりプッシャーアセンブリであって、該そりプッシャーは、該カートリッジアセンブリの該そりを係合するように構成されている遠位端を有する、そりプッシャーアセンブリと、

後退位置から前進位置に向かう該駆動梁アセンブリの遠位方向の並進は、該接近させられた位置への該第1の顎部材および該第2の顎部材の移動をもたらし、該ラッチアセンブリの該ラッチを該そりプッシャーアセンブリから係合解除して、該駆動梁アセンブリから独立した該そりプッシャーの遠位方向の移動を容易にし、該駆動梁アセンブリから独立した該そりプッシャーの遠位方向の移動は、該そりプッシャーの遠位端を前進させて、該カートリッジアセンブリの該そりと係合させて、該カートリッジアセンブリから該複数のファスナーを射出する、リロード。 - 前記ラッチアセンブリは、カラーを含み、該カラーは、前記駆動梁アセンブリの近位端に結合され、該カラーは、アパーチャーを含み、該アパーチャーは、前記そりプッシャーアセンブリの支持部材を受け取るように構成されている、請求項14に記載のリロード。
