Description
実施形態において参照する図面は、模式的に記載されたものであり、図面に描画された構成要素の寸法比率などは、現物と異なる場合がある。具体的な寸法比率等は、以下の説明を参酌して判断されるべきである。
以下、図1〜図4を参照しながら、第1実施形態である太陽電池モジュール10について詳細に説明する。図1及び図2は、それぞれ、太陽電池モジュール10を受光面側から見た斜視図、平面図である。図3は、太陽電池モジュール10の縦方向断面の一部を示す図である。
図4に示すように、ストリング群30は、平面上において、隣り合う太陽電池セル11同士を第1配線材21により縦方向に接続してストリング20を形成し、当該各ストリングの第1配線材21に第2配線材31を接続して製造される。本実施形態では、ストリング20の縦方向両側に第2配線材31を配置して、隣り合うストリング20同士を横方向に接続し、縦方向に並ぶ2つのブロック30A,30Bに分割されたストリング群30を形成する。このとき、各第2配線材31A,31Bは横方向に真っ直ぐ延び、ブロック30A,30B同士の間隔は略一定である。
図5及び図6を参照しながら、第2実施形態である太陽電池モジュール50について詳細に説明する。以下では、上記実施形態と同様の構成要素については同じ符号を用いて、重複する説明を省略する。
図5に示すように、太陽電池モジュール50は、ブロック51A,51B間で縦方向に隣接配置される第2配線材31A,31B同士が固定されている点で、太陽電池モジュール10と異なる。さらに、横方向に隣接配置される第2配線材31A同士、第2配線材31B同士が接続されていない点で、太陽電池モジュール10と異なる。第2配線材31A,31B同士は、太陽電池モジュール10の場合と同様に、粘着テープ32を用いて固定されることが好適である。
図6に示すように、ストリング群51は、太陽電池モジュール10の場合と同様に、平面上において製造されることが好適であり、第1保護部材12上に配置される前は、各ストリング20が縦方向に真っ直ぐ延びている。本実施形態では、各ブロック間で縦方向に隣接配置される第2配線材31A,31B同士を、粘着テープ32を用いて固定する。
図7を参照しながら、第3実施形態である太陽電池モジュール70について詳細に説明する。以下では、上記実施形態と同様の構成要素については同じ符号を用いて、重複する説明を省略する。
図7に示すように、太陽電池モジュール70は、横方向に隣接配置される第2配線材31A同士、第2配線材31B同士が固定され、且つ縦方向に隣接配置される第2配線材31A,31B同士が固定されている点で、太陽電池モジュール10,50と異なる。この場合も、第2配線材31同士は、粘着テープ32を用いて固定されることが好適である。
Claims (8)
- 縦方向及び横方向に湾曲した基材と、
複数の太陽電池セルと、隣り合う前記太陽電池セル同士を縦方向に接続する第1配線材とで構成され、横方向に並んで前記基材上に複数配置されたストリングと、
複数の前記ストリングと、前記ストリングの縦方向両側に配置されて前記第1配線材と接続され、隣り合う前記ストリング同士を横方向に接続する第2配線材とで構成されるストリング群と、
を備え、
前記ストリング群は、縦方向に並ぶ少なくとも2つのブロックに分割されており、
前記第2配線材には、縦方向に並んで分割された前記各ブロックの縦方向における間隙領域において、横方向に互いに隣接する前記ストリング同士を横方向に接続する第3の配線材が含まれ、
前記間隙領域で縦方向に隣接配置される前記第3の配線材同士の少なくとも1つが、互いに固定されている、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記ストリング群は、2つの前記ブロックに分割され、当該各ブロックの横方向に隣接配置されるストリングの前記第2配線材同士が、互いに固定されており、
前記ストリング群の縦方向長さは、横方向両端部から横方向中央部に近づくにつれて長くなっている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 隣り合う前記ブロック同士の間隔は、前記ストリング群の横方向中央部で最大となる、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ストリング群は、2つの前記ブロックに分割され、
前記ストリング群の横方向長さは、縦方向両端部から前記各ブロックの境界位置に近づくにつれて長くなっている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記間隙領域で縦方向に隣接配置される前記第3の配線材同士は、粘着テープにより固定されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 横方向に隣接配置される前記第2配線材同士の少なくとも1つが、互いに固定されている、請求項1、4、又は5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 横方向に隣接配置される前記第2配線材同士は、粘着テープにより固定されている、請求項2、3、又は6のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 隣り合う太陽電池セル同士を第1配線材により縦方向に接続して、複数の前記太陽電池セルが一列に並んだ複数のストリングを形成し、
前記ストリングの縦方向両側に第2配線材を配置して前記第1配線材に接続し、隣り合う前記ストリング同士を横方向に接続して縦方向に並ぶ少なくとも2つのブロックに分割されたストリング群を形成し、
前記第2配線材には、縦方向に並んで分割された前記各ブロックの縦方向における間隙領域において、横方向に互いに隣接する前記ストリング同士を横方向に接続する第3の配線材が含まれ、
前記間隙領域で縦方向に隣接配置される前記第3の配線材同士の少なくとも1つを、互いに固定した後、縦方向及び横方向に湾曲する基材上に前記ストリング群を配置する、
