Claims (8)
- Hiバンド用の第1アンテナに接続される第1共通端子、Lowバンド用であって前記第1アンテナとは異なる第2のアンテナに接続される第2共通端子、前記第1共通端子に選択的に接続される複数の被選択端子、および前記第2共通端子に選択的に接続される複数の被選択端子を備える、nを4以上の整数とするDPnT型のスイッチ素子と、
前記第1共通端子に接続される複数の被選択端子のうち1つの被選択端子である第1被選択端子と、前記第2共通端子に接続される複数の被選択端子のうち1つの被選択端子である第2被選択端子との間に接続されるインダクタと、
を備え、
前記第1被選択端子は、前記Hiバンドの受信信号の電気経路に利用される端子であり、
前記第2被選択端子は、前記Hiバンドの受信と同時に送信される前記Lowバンドの送信信号の電気経路に利用される端子である、高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記Lowバンドの送信信号の高調波周波数は、前記Hiバンドの受信信号の基本周波数に近接または重なる、
請求項1に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記スイッチ素子と前記インダクタが実装される回路基板を備え、
前記第1被選択端子と前記インダクタを接続する第1接続導体と、前記第2被選択端子と前記インダクタを接続する第2接続導体は、前記回路基板に形成されており、
前記第1接続導体と前記第2接続導体は、前記回路基板の厚み方向に異なる位置に配置されており、
前記回路基板は、
前記第1接続導体と前記第2接続導体との間に内層グランド導体を備える、
請求項1または2に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記スイッチ素子は、
前記第1被選択端子と前記第2被選択端子の間に、前記第1被選択端子と前記第2被選択端子とが利用する通信バンドとは異なる通信バンドを利用する第3被選択端子を備える、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記インダクタに並列接続するキャパシタを備える、
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記高周波スイッチモジュールは、
前記第1被選択端子と電気的に接続される第1RF端子と、
前記第1RF端子と前記第1被選択端子とを接続する第1接続導体と、
をさらに備え、
前記第1接続導体上であって、前記第1被選択端子と前記インダクタとの間に、整合用インダクタが接続されている、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記高周波スイッチモジュールは、
前記第2被選択端子と電気的に接続される第2RF端子と、前記第2RF端子と前記第2被選択端子とを接続する第2接続導体と、
をさらに備え、
前記第2接続導体における前記インダクタと前記第2RF端子との間に、整合用インダクタが接続されている、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記インダクタは、回路基板に形成されたスパイラル形状の導体パターンであり、
前記回路基板の内部に形成され、前記インダクタに近接するグランド導体は、前記スパイラル形状の中央開口部に重ならない形状である、
請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
