Claims (8)
- 第1通信信号、第2通信信号、および、第3通信信号は、異なる周波数を利用する通信信号であり、
前記第1通信信号を伝送する第1被選択端子、前記第2通信信号を伝送する第2被選択端子、および、前記第3通信信号を伝送する第3被選択端子を備えたスイッチ素子と、
前記第1被選択端子と前記第2被選択端子との間に接続された第1フィルタ回路と、
前記第2被選択端子と前記第3被選択端子との間に接続された第2フィルタ回路と、
を備え、
前記第1被選択端子と前記第2被選択端子とは、前記スイッチ素子によって同時に選択され、
前記第2被選択端子と前記第3被選択端子は、前記スイッチ素子によって同時に選択され、
前記第1フィルタ回路は、前記第2通信信号の高調波を減衰し、
前記第2フィルタ回路は、前記第2通信信号の基本周波数を減衰する、
高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記第2通信信号の高調波は、前記第1通信信号の周波数の近傍に位置するか、又は、前記第1通信信号の周波数と重なっており、
前記第2通信信号の基本周波数は、前記第3通信信号の基本周波数の近傍に位置するか、又は、前記第3通信信号の周波数と重なっている、
請求項1に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記スイッチ素子は、第1共通端子、第2共通端子、前記第1共通端子に切り替えて接続される複数の被選択端子、および、前記第2共通端子に切り替えて接続される複数の被選択端子を備え、
前記第1被選択端子は、前記第1共通端子に接続される複数の被選択端子のうちの1つの被選択端子であり、
前記第2被選択端子は、前記第2共通端子に接続される複数の被選択端子のうちの1つの被選択端子である、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記第1共通端子、第2共通端子、前記第1共通端子に接続される複数の被選択端子、および、前記第2共通端子に接続される複数の被選択端子は、1つのパッケージに形成されている、
請求項3に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記第1フィルタ回路は、第1インダクタと第1キャパシタを並列接続した第1並列共振回路であり、
前記第2フィルタ回路は、第2インダクタと第2キャパシタを並列接続した第2並列共振回路であり、
前記第1並列共振回路の共振周波数と前記第2並列共振回路の共振周波数は異なっている、
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記第1被選択端子を伝送する第1通信信号は、第1通信バンドの周波数信号であり、
前記第2被選択端子を伝送する第2通信信号は、前記第1通信バンドと異なる第2通信バンドの周波数信号であり、
前記第3被選択端子を伝送する第3通信信号は、前記第2通信バンドの周波数信号である、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記第2通信信号は、送信信号であり、
前記第3通信信号は、受信信号である、
請求項6に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記第1通信バンドは、バンド17であり、
前記第2通信バンドは、バンド4である、
