Description
−前記バッテリパックが前記トラクション電圧DCリンクに接続され、かつ前記バッテリパックが前記電気補助装置に電力を供給している第1駆動モードで前記車両を駆動するステップと、
−前記バッテリパックを遮断しなければならない第1指示を受信し、かつ前記車両が所定車両条件にある第2指示を受信すると、その後
−前記電気機械から前記トラクション電圧DCリンクまたは前記トラクション電圧DCリンクから前記電気機械への電力供給を停止するために前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を止めるステップと、
−前記リレーを開くことで前記バッテリパックを前記トラクション電圧DCリンクから遮断するステップと、さらにその後
−前記電気補助装置の作動を再開するために、前記電気機械が回転するとともに前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を介して前記トラクション電圧DCリンクへ電力を供給する限りは、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を稼働するとともに前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置の出力電圧を所定レベルまで制御するステップとを含む。

Claims (11)
- 一つ以上の電気補助装置と、パワーエレクトロニクス装置および高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクを介して前記電気補助装置に電力を供給するための発電機として作動可能な電気機械を駆動する燃焼機関と、故障状態においてリレーを開いて前記高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクから遮断される、前記リレーを介して高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクに連結される高電圧バッテリパックとから成るハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法において、前記方法は、
−前記高電圧バッテリパックが前記高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクに接続され、かつ前記高電圧バッテリパックが前記電気補助装置に電力を供給している第1駆動モードで前記車両を駆動するステップと、
−前記高電圧バッテリパックを遮断しなければならない第1指示を受信し、かつ前記車両が、所定車両条件にある第2指示を受信すると、その後、前記電気機械から前記高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクまたは前記高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクから前記電気機械への電力供給を停止するために前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を止めるステップと、そして
−前記リレーを開くことで前記高電圧バッテリパックを前記高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクから遮断するステップと、
−電気機械を永久磁石電気モータとして提供するステップと、
−前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を止めるステップを遂行し、前記車両が、所定車両条件にある第2指示を受信し前記高電圧バッテリパックを遮断するステップであり、前記所定車両条件は、前記燃焼機関が作動状態であり、かつ前記電気補助装置が前記高電圧バッテリパックから一時的に切断されていることを確保した状態である前記高電圧バッテリパックを遮断するステップと、
−前記高電圧バッテリパックを遮断するステップの後、前記電気補助装置の作動を再開するために、前記電気機械が回転するとともに前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を介して前記高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクへ電力を供給する限りは、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を稼働するとともに前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置の出力電圧を所定レベルまで制御するステップと、
を含み、
前記高電圧バッテリパックが前記高電圧トラクション電圧DCリンクから遮断される前に、前記電気補助装置を停止することを特徴とする、ハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。 - 前記電気補助装置は、12V/24VまでのDC/DCコンバータ、電気式パワーステアリング、電気エアコンプレッサ、電気空調装置または電気コンプレッサの少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 前記電気機械は、前記ステップすべての間に前記燃焼機関によって回転することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 前記第1指示は、前記高電圧バッテリパックがその作動温度範囲外であることから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 前記温度範囲は、0℃から50℃であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 前記第1指示は、前記高電圧バッテリパックがそのバッテリ寿命が短くなっている状態であるため、遮断しなければならないことを示すことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 前記第1指示は、周囲温度が所定温度範囲外であることから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 前記温度範囲は、−20℃から40℃であることから成ることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 前記第1指示は、前記高電圧バッテリパックが故障していることから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 前記第1指示は、前記高電圧トラクション電圧が所定電圧レベルを上回っていることから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両電気装置を制御するための方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するための制御方法を含む、車両。
