Claims (13)
- 中空の胴体、特に燃料タンクを形成するための吹き込み成形プロセスであって、
吹き込み成形金型の各部品の間にパリソンを配置するステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記吹き込み成形金型を閉じることで、気密態様で前記パリソンの端部領域が閉じられるステップと、
前記パリソンの内部空間を加圧媒体にさらすことで、前記パリソンが少なくとも部分的に吹き込み成形部品に押圧されて、前記中空の胴体が予備成形されるステップと、
クランプ装置がそれぞれ備える溝が、前記パリソンが前記加圧媒体にさらされた時に、前記パリソンの一部を収容し、
前記溝内に収容された前記パリソンの各部分を前記クランプ装置と係合させるステップと、
前記吹き込み成形金型の部品の1つ又は両方を互いに移動させるか、又は少なくとも1つの前記クランプ装置を前記吹き込み成形金型部品に対して移動させることで、前記クランプ装置の間で前記パリソンが引き裂かれるステップと、からなる吹き込み成形プロセス。 - 前記吹き込み成形プロセスが、少なくとも1つの備品を前記パリソンの引き裂かれた断片の間に配置するステップをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き込み成形プロセス。
- 前記備品が、燃料システムコンポーネント又は、タンク形成前にタンクに取り付けられるかタンク形成後にタンクに取り付けられる少なくとも1つの燃料システムコンポーネントのための支持手段として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吹き込み成形プロセス。

前記クランプ部材と前記停止面のうちの1つ又は両方が他方に対して移動して、パリソン材料のクランプを容易にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き込み成形プロセス。 - 少なくとも1つの前記クランプ装置が移動して、二つの前記クランプ装置の間にあるパリソンを、前記吹き込み成形金型部品の対応する移動なしに引き裂くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き込み成形プロセス。
- 2つの前記クランプ装置がそれぞれ互いから離れる反対方向に移動して、二つの前記クランプ装置の間にあるパリソンの一部を引き裂くことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の吹き込み成形プロセス。
- 前記パリソンの引き裂かれた断片が、前記吹き込み成形金型部品にくっつけて置かれ、前記吹き込み成形金型が閉じられている間に、前記断片と吹き込み成形金型部品の間の空間が真空排気されるか、又は前記パリソンの内部空間が前記加圧媒体にさらされて、前記中空の胴体の最終形状に対応した前記パリソンの前記断片の成形が行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き込み成形プロセス。
- 前記吹き込み成形金型部品にくっついて完全に成形された後、前記パリソンの断片は、対向する縁部領域で材料的に互いに融合しており、この領域は吹き込み成形金型部品を互いに対向して移動しても、溶融状態を維持する程度に熱いか、又は再加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き込み成形プロセス。
- 相補的に互いに対向する縁部領域を有する少なくとも2つの部品を備えた吹き込み成形金型と、
前記吹き込み成形金型の内側領域に向いて、前記縁部領域に設けられたクランプ装置と、を備えた吹き込み成形プロセスによって中空の胴体を作成する装置であって、
各クランプ装置はスライダを備え、各スライダは、クランプ部材によって幅方向に可変の溝を有し、
前記クランプ部材が開放位置とクランプ位置の間を動いて、前記溝内に収容されたパリソンの一部と係合することを特徴とする装置。 - 吹き込み成形金型部品が、前記クランプ装置の前記クランプ位置から離れるように移動することによって、少なくとも2つの前記クランプ装置間に挟まれた前記パリソンが引き裂かれることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記吹き込み成形金型部品が開放位置に移動した時に、前記吹き込み成形金型部品に対して前記パリソンの引き裂かれた断片を保持するために、作成される中空の胴体の外側領域に複数設けられた前記吹き込み成形金型部品の突起をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記クランプ装置が別の前記クランプ装置に対して移動することで、前記移動自在のクランプ装置に隣接する前記パリソンの一部を引き裂くことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記移動自在のクランプ装置が1つの吹き込み成形金型部品に支持されるか又は隣接し、この吹き込み成形金型部品と独立にこの吹き込み成形金型部品に対して移動自在であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
