Description
Claims (6)
- ポンプハウジング(1)とモーターハウジング(2)とを備えたガスまたはガス混合気のための電気的駆動ポンプ(16)であって、
前記ポンプハウジング(1)内に、ポンプインペラー(7)を備えたラジアルポンプが形成されており、
前記ポンプインペラー(7)は、駆動軸(8)と接続されており、前記駆動軸(8)は、前記ポンプハウジング(1)の壁部を通って前記モーターハウジング(2)内へ突出し、そこで前記駆動軸(8)は電気モーターのローター(10)に接続されており、
前記駆動軸(8)と前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記壁部との間に、少なくとも1つの空隙(15)が形成されており、
前記ポンプハウジング(1)内に、ポンプ入口(3)が形成されており、前記ポンプ入口(3)は、前記ポンプインペラー(7)の中央領域に配置されており、
前記ポンプハウジング(1)内に、圧力側(4)が形成されており、前記圧力側(4)は、前記ポンプインペラー(7)の径方向外側領域に配置されている、電気的駆動ポンプにおいて、
前記圧力側(4)の領域に、前記ポンプハウジング(1)の内部空間を、前記モーターハウジング(2)の内部空間に接続させる開口部(5)が前記ポンプハウジング(1)を通って形成されており、それにより、前記圧力側(4)に作用する圧力が、前記モーターハウジング(2)の内部へ伝播可能になり、
前記駆動軸(8)は、前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記壁部に配置された第1のボールベアリング(9)によって支承されており、前記空隙(15)は、前記第1のボールベアリング(9)の球体の間を延在しており、
前記ポンプハウジング(1)の内部空間と前記モーターハウジング(2)の内部空間とは、前記開口部(5)および前記空隙(15)のみを介して相互に接続されており、
前記開口部(5)は、フィルタ素子(6)を備えており、前記フィルタ素子(6)は、前記モーターハウジング(2)の内部への液体または固形体の侵入を阻止している、
ことを特徴とする電気的駆動ポンプ(16)。 - 前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記壁部内または前記壁部において、前記駆動軸(8)の周辺に、環状ディスク(14)が形成されており、前記駆動軸(8)と前記環状ディスク(14)との間に空隙(15)が形成されている、請求項1に記載の電気的駆動ポンプ(16)。
- 前記開口部(5)は、前記ポンプハウジング(1)の壁部を通る孔部として形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の電気的駆動ポンプ(16)。
- 前記開口部(5)は、バイパス(31)として形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電気的駆動ポンプ(16)。
- 前記電気的駆動ポンプ(16)は、パージエアポンプとして形成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電気的駆動ポンプ(16)。
- 前記パージエアポンプは、自動車の燃料タンクシステムの構成部品である、請求項5に記載の電気的駆動ポンプ(16)。
