Description
a)少なくとも1種の基油と;
b)少なくとも1種のリチウム石鹸及び/又は少なくとも1種のリチウム複合石鹸を含む群から選択される少なくとも1種の単純又は複合石鹸増粘剤と;
c)少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛と;
d)固体状態の少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンと;
e)少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンと
を含む、等速ジョイントに使用されるグリース組成物であって;
該少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛のwt−%量と該少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンの量及び該少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンの量の両方との比がおよそ0.2:1〜およそ2.5:1の範囲であり、
該少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛、該少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンならびに該少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンの総量が該グリース組成物の総量に対して最大で10wt−%であり、
該少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンが該少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛の金属表面活性化剤として作用する等速ジョイントにおける使用のためのグリース組成物によって解決される。
本発明によるグリース組成物による摩擦係数ならびに摩耗の低減の効果を調べるため、Optimol Instruments SRVテスターを用いてSRV試験を行なう。溶媒により適切に洗浄された、Optimol Instruments Pruftechnik GmbH(Westendstrasse 125,Munich)の100Cr6標準軸受鋼から作製された下側の平面状円盤試験片を作製し、試験対象のグリース組成物と接触させる。SRV試験は、工業規格試験であり、特に、等速ジョイント用グリースの試験に関するものである。この試験は、10mmの直径を有し、100Cr6軸受鋼から作られた上側の球状の試験片を、上記の下側の平面状円盤試験片上で荷重下にて往復運動させることからなる。トライポッドジョイントを模倣するための試験において、40Hzの振動数を500Nの荷重負荷下で、60分間(ならし運転を含む)80℃で負荷した。ストロークは1.5mmであった。得られた摩擦係数をコンピュータに記録した。各グリースについて、報告した値は、2回の運転(1.5mmストロークで2回の運転)の試験終了時の2つのデータの平均である。ならし運転の摩擦係数の測定は、上記に指定した条件下で1分間、50Nの荷重負荷で開始する。その後、負荷荷重を30秒間で50Nずつ、500Nまで上げる。摩耗は、プロフィルメータ及びデジタルプラニメータを使用して測定する。プロフィルメータを使用することにより、摩耗した表面の中央の断面プロファイルが得られ得る。この断面の面積(S)はデジタルプラニメータを使用することにより測定され得る。摩耗量はV=SIによって評価され、ここで、Vは摩耗容量であり、Iはストロークである。摩耗率(Wr)は、Wr=V/L[μm3/m]により得られ、ここで、Lは試験における全すべり距離である。
Claims (14)
- a)少なくとも1種の基油と;
b)少なくとも1種のリチウム石鹸及び/又は少なくとも1種のリチウム複合石鹸を含む群から選択される少なくとも1種の単純又は複合石鹸増粘剤と;
c)少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛と;
d)固体状態の少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンと;
e)少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンと
を含む、等速ジョイント用のグリース組成物であって;
該少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛のwt−%量と該少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンの量及び該少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンの量の両方との比が0.2:1〜2.5:1の範囲であり、
該少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛、該少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンならびに該少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンの総量が該グリース組成物の総量に対して最大で10wt−%であり、
該少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンが該少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛の金属表面活性化剤として作用する、
等速ジョイント用のグリース組成物。 - 該少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛が該グリース組成物の総量に対して0.7wt−%〜2.6wt−%の量で含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグリース組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンが該グリース組成物の総量に対して1wt−%〜3wt−%の量で含まれていることを特徴とする、前記請求項1又は2に記載のグリース組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンが該グリース組成物の総量に対して0.3wt−%〜2.5wt−%の量で含まれていることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- スルホン酸亜鉛が33wt−%〜50wt−%(wt−%は該スルホン酸亜鉛の総量に対するものである)の量の硫黄を含むものであることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- スルホン酸亜鉛が1.9wt−%〜3.8wt−%(wt−%は該スルホン酸亜鉛の総量に対するものである)の量の亜鉛を含むものであることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- スルホン酸亜鉛が、ジノニルナフタレンスルホン酸、石油スルホン酸及び/又はドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸の亜鉛塩を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種の基油が、ポリ−α−オレフィン、ナフテン系油、パラフィン系油及び/又は合成有機エステルを含むものであることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- さらに少なくとも1種の抗酸化剤を含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 65wt−%〜およそ90wt−%の少なくとも1種の基油、4wt−%〜20wt−%の少なくとも1種の単純又は複合リチウム石鹸増粘剤、0.8wt−%〜2.3wt−%の少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛、1.2wt−%〜2.6wt−%の少なくとも1種の固体ジチオカルバミン酸モリブデン、及び0.4wt−%〜2.2wt−%の少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデン(各場合においてwt−%の値は該グリース組成物の総量に対するものである)を含むものであることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の基油、少なくとも1種の単純又は複合石鹸増粘剤、少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛、少なくとも1種の固体ジチオカルバミン酸モリブデン、及び少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンからなるものであることを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- ナフテン系及びパレテニック油、4wt−%〜15wt−%の少なくとも1種の単純又は複合リチウム石鹸増粘剤、0.8wt−%〜2.3wt−%の少なくとも1種のスルホン酸亜鉛、1.2wt−%〜2.6wt−%の少なくとも1種の固体ジチオカルバミン酸モリブデン、及び0.4wt−%〜2.2wt−%の少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンを含む、70wt−%〜90wt−%の基油組成物(各場合においてwt−%の値は該グリース組成物の総量に対するものである)からなることを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 等速ジョイント、ボールジョイント及び/又はトライポッドジョイントにおける前記請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物の使用。
- 請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物を備えた等速ジョイント。
