Claims (2)
- 電極間に高電圧パルスを印加して電極対の間に供給された飲食物を殺菌処理する飲食物の殺菌処理装置であって、
交流電流を直流電流に整流するサイリスタと、
前記直流電流を高周波電流に変換するインバータと、
前記高周波電流を昇圧して高電圧パルスを発生する昇圧トランスと、
前記インバータを制御して前記インバータから休止時間を介して1サイクルの高周波電流を出力させる制御部と、を有し、
前記昇圧トランスの平均出力に対応する前記サイリスタの出力は、前記サイリスタの最大電源容量の10%以上60%以下の範囲である、飲食物の殺菌処理装置。 - 請求項1記載の飲食物の殺菌処理装置において、1サイクルの通電時間は6.6〜200μsであり、前記休止時間は400〜6400μsである、飲食物の殺菌処理装置。
