Description

Claims (15)
- 容器付属部品を含む容器と、
前記容器からガスを受けるように構成された炭酸化タンクと、
前記容器のバルブを開放するように構成されると共に前記容器付属部品と接続するように構成されたバルブ開放構成要素を有する受入装置付属部品であって、当該受入装置付属部品は、前記容器付属部品を封止しかつ覆うように構成されており、また、当該受入装置付属部品は、前記容器の前記バルブから出てくる前記炭酸化タンクへのガスの流れを、低減された流量に制限するように構成されたカーボネータスロットルを含む、受入装置付属部品と、
前記受入装置付属部品および前記炭酸化タンクと接続する制御器と
を含むシステム。 - 前記容器が、二酸化炭素ガスを前記炭酸化タンクへ送出するように構成された二酸化炭素源である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記炭酸化タンクが、前記炭酸化タンク内の圧力を検出するように構成された圧力センサを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記炭酸化タンクが、当該炭酸化タンクから過剰な二酸化炭素を排出するように構成された圧力リリーフ弁を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カーボネータスロットルが、前記受入装置付属部品と接続する前記制御器によって作動可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御器が、前記制御器および前記カーボネータスロットルと接続するソレノイドに電流を流すことによって前記カーボネータスロットルを作動可能である、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器を収容するドアと、当該ドアに関連付けられたドアセンサとをさらに含み、前記ドアセンサが、前記制御器と接続されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器を収容する前記ドアが閉鎖されたことを前記ドアセンサが示すまで、前記制御器が、前記カーボネータスロットルを介した前記炭酸化タンクへのガス流を制限する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- システム内の過圧を制御する方法であって、
炭酸化タンクと、CO2容器と、カーボネータスロットルと、レバーおよびソレノイドを含む即時接続機構とを含む二酸化炭素システムを提供するステップと、
制御器を介して前記ソレノイドに電流を流すステップと、
前記即時接続機構の前記レバーを引くステップであって、前記レバーを引くことが前記ソレノイドによって引き起こされるステップと、
リリースピンを前記CO2容器の中へ押し下げるステップであって、前記リリースピンが前記即時接続機構の前記レバーによって押し下げられて通路を開放するステップと、
前記通路を通してガスの流れを解放するステップと、
前記CO2容器から来る前記カーボネータスロットルを通る前記ガスの流れを、低減された流量に制限するステップと、
前記ガスの流れを前記炭酸化タンクの上面に導くステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記CO2容器から前記炭酸化タンクへのCO2の最大スロットル流量を提供するステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボネータスロットルが金属ディスクである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 圧力が第1の所定設定値を下回るごとに前記CO2容器からの前記ガスの流れの解放を制御するステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記即時接続機構の前記レバーを引くことにより前記リリースピンが同時に押される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 圧力リリーフ弁によって前記炭酸化タンクから過剰なガスを、当該炭酸化タンクに供給されているガスの流れよりも速く排出することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸化タンクに関連付けられた圧力センサが前記制御器と接続する、請求項14に記載の方法。
