Claims (3)
- 略矩形状の半導体基板と、当該半導体基板上に形成された複数の集電電極と、を有する太陽電池セルであって、
前記複数の集電電極は、複数のバスバー電極を含み、
前記半導体基板は、当該半導体基板の一の辺に略平行な直線で4以上の小区画に画定されており、
各小区画のうち、前記一の辺を含む第1小区画の表面側には、前記一の辺に沿ってバスバー電極が設けられ、
各小区画のうち、前記一の辺の対辺を含む第2小区画の表面側には、前記対辺に沿ってバスバー電極が設けられ、
各小区画のうち、前記一の辺及び前記対辺のいずれも含まない、2以上の第3小区画の各々全ての表面側には、当該小区画を画定する一対の辺のうちで前記一の辺に近いほうの辺に沿ってバスバー電極が設けられている、太陽電池セル。 - 前記各小区画の裏面側には、前記表面側において前記バスバー電極が設けられた辺とは逆の辺に沿って裏面バスバー電極が設けられている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記複数の集電電極は、各小区画を画定する前記直線をまたがないよう配置されている、
請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池セル。
