Description
ペレット状であるポリ乳酸樹脂を利用し、溶融電気スプレー法で平均50μmの大きさの粒子を製造した。溶融電気スプレー法を行うとき、噴射ノズルの温度は250℃、噴射ノズルの圧力は500psiであり、噴射ノズルの直径は1mmであり、噴射ノズルに20,000Vの電圧を印加し、溶融ポリ乳酸噴射液の粘度は、250℃で2000cpであった。
実施例1と同様のペレット状のポリ乳酸樹脂に可塑剤、安定剤、滑剤等の添加剤を入れて混合し、ポリ乳酸樹脂含有混合組成物を製造した。前記ポリ乳酸樹脂含有混合組成物をバンバリーミキサを用いて150℃で混練し、150℃の2本ロールを用いて一、二次ミキシングした。それによって製造されたミキシング原料をカレンダリング加工して発泡し、厚さが0.5mmである発泡シートサンプルを製造した。
(実験例1:ポリ乳酸の分子量測定)
前記実施例1及び比較例1において製造した発泡シートサンプルに対して、GPC(gel permeation chromatography)(e2695、Waters製)を用いて重量平均分子量を測定し、下記表1に記載した。
前記実施例1及び比較例1において製造したシートを、ASTM D256方式によって耐衝撃強度を測定し、下記表1に記載した。
Claims (2)
- 平均粒径が1〜100μmの粒子状のポリ乳酸樹脂、発泡樹脂及び添加剤を混合して発泡性樹脂組成物を形成し、この発泡性樹脂組成物を塗布して層を形成するステップ;及び
前記発泡性樹脂組成物から形成された層を発泡して発泡層を形成するステップを含むポリ乳酸発泡層を含み、前記粒子状のポリ乳酸樹脂を溶融スプレー法により得る、発泡シートの製造方法。 - 前記製造方法により製造された発泡シートは、100,000〜200,000の重量平均分子量を有するポリ乳酸樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
