Description
ペレット状のポリ乳酸樹脂を用いて溶融静電スプレー法で縦断面の平均直径が約150μm、アスペクト比が50である繊維状粒子を製造した。溶融静電スプレー法を行う際に、噴射ノズルの温度が250℃、噴射ノズルの圧力が500psiであり、噴射ノズルの直径が1mmであり、噴射ノズルに20,000Vの電圧を印加しており、溶融ポリ乳酸噴射液の粘度が230℃で2200cpであった。
実施例1と同じペレット状のポリ乳酸樹脂に可塑剤、安定剤、滑剤などの添加剤を投入し混合してポリ乳酸樹脂含有混合組成物を製造した。前記ポリ乳酸樹脂含有混合組成物をバンバリーミキサーを使用して150℃で混練し、150℃の2本ロールを使用して1、2次混合を行った。これにより製造された混合原料をカレンダー加工して発泡し、厚さが0.5mmである発泡シートサンプルを製造した。
(実験例1:ポリ乳酸の分子量の測定)
前記実施例1および比較例1で製造した発泡シートサンプルに対して、GPC(gel permeation chromatography)(e2695、Waters社製)を使用して重量平均分子量を測定し、下記の表1に記載した。
前記実施例1および比較例1で製造したシートをASTM D256の方式に準じて耐衝撃強度を測定し、下記の表1に記載した。
前記実施例1および比較例1で製造したシートに対して、表面特性を目視で評価し、下記の表1に記載した。評価基準は、目視判定であり、5点尺度とし、5点(優秀)〜1点(NG)と判定した。
Claims (5)
- ポリ乳酸樹脂の繊維状粒子を粉砕して得た平均直径1〜100μmのポリ乳酸樹脂粒子を含む発泡シート形成用コロイド組成物を発泡させて形成したポリ乳酸発泡層を含み、
前記ポリ乳酸樹脂粒子は、100,000〜200,000の重量平均分子量を有するポリ乳酸樹脂を含む、発泡シート。 - 前記ポリ乳酸樹脂の繊維状粒子のアスペクト比が20〜100である、請求項1に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記ポリ乳酸樹脂の繊維状粒子の縦断面の平均直径が10μm〜300μmである、請求項1に記載の発泡シート。
- 縦断面の直径が10μm〜300μmであるポリ乳酸樹脂の繊維状樹脂粒子を溶融スプレー法により得るステップと、
前記ポリ乳酸樹脂の繊維状樹脂粒子を平均直径1〜100μmのポリ乳酸樹脂粒子に粉砕するステップと、
前記粉砕されたポリ乳酸樹脂粒子および溶媒を混合してコロイド組成物で発泡性樹脂組成物を製造し、前記発泡性樹脂組成物を塗布して層を形成するステップと、
前記発泡性樹脂組成物から形成された層を発泡してポリ乳酸発泡層を形成するステップと、を含む、ポリ乳酸発泡層を含む発泡シートの製造方法。 - 前記ポリ乳酸樹脂の繊維状粒子のアスペクト比が20〜100である、請求項4に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
