Description
本出願は、2014年2月14日出願の、欧州特許出願第14305195.1号、および2014年4月2日出願の、欧州特許出願第14305483.1号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、これらの出願の全内容は、あらゆる目的のために参照により本明細書に援用される。
− 少なくとも1つのシリケートを少なくとも1つの酸性化剤と反応させて、シリカ懸濁液を提供する工程と;
− 前記シリカ懸濁液を濾過にかけてフィルターケーキを提供する工程と;
− 前記フィルターケーキを、アルミニウム化合物の添加を任意選択的に含む、液状化工程にかけて沈澱シリカの懸濁液を得る工程と;
− 任意選択的に、液状化工程後に得られた沈澱シリカを乾燥させる工程と
を含む沈殿シリカの製造方法であって、
少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸が、液状化工程中にまたは後にフィルターケーキに添加され、ここで、前記ポリカルボン酸が、5〜20個の炭素原子を有する線状もしくは分岐の、飽和もしくは不飽和の、脂肪族ポリカルボン酸および芳香族ポリカルボン酸からなる群から選択され、ただし、液状化工程がアルミニウム化合物の添加を含む場合には、前記ポリカルボン酸が、メチルグルタル酸からおよびポリカルボン酸の混合物からなる群から選択されない方法である。
(i)反応に関与するシリケートの総量の少なくとも一部および電解質を容器に提供する工程であって、前記容器に当初存在するシリケートの濃度(SiO2として表される)が100g/L未満であり、好ましくは、前記容器に当初存在する電解質の濃度が19g/L未満である工程と;
(ii)少なくとも7.0の、特に7.0〜8.5の反応媒体についてのpH値を得るための量の酸性化剤を前記容器に添加する工程と;
(iii)酸性化剤および、適切な場合、同時に残りの量のシリケートを反応媒体にさらに添加してシリカ懸濁液を得る工程と;
(iv)前記シリカ懸濁液を濾過にかけてフィルターケーキを提供する工程と;
(v)前記フィルターケーキを、アルミニウム化合物の添加を任意選択的に含む、液状化工程にかけて、沈澱シリカの懸濁液を得る工程と;
(vi)任意選択的に、液状化工程後に得られた沈澱シリカを乾燥させる工程と
を含み、ここで、少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸が、液状化工程中にまたは後にフィルターケーキに添加され、ここで、前記ポリカルボン酸は、5〜20個の炭素原子を有する線状もしくは分岐の、飽和もしくは不飽和の、脂肪族ポリカルボン酸からおよび芳香族ポリカルボン酸からなる群から選択され、ただし、液状化工程がアルミニウム化合物の添加を含む場合には、前記ポリカルボン酸は、メチルグルタル酸およびポリカルボン酸の混合物からなる群から選択されない。
(式中:
− Nは、ポリカルボン酸当たりのカルボン酸官能基の平均数であり(たとえば、ポリカルボン酸がすべてジカルボン酸(それぞれトリカルボン酸)である場合には、Nは2に(それぞれ3に)等しく)、
− (C)および(Al)は、上に定義されたような含有率であり、
− CTは、ポリカルボン酸の炭素含有率であり、
− MAlは、アルミニウムの分子量であり、
− MACは、ポリカルボン酸の分子量である)
によるように定義される比(R)によって、沈澱シリカ中の少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸およびアルミニウムの量間の比を定義することが有用であり得る。
− 45〜550m2/g、特に70〜370m2/g、とりわけ80〜300m2/gのBET比表面積、ならびに
− 少なくとも0.15重量%の、特に少なくとも0.20重量%の、全炭素として表される、ポリカルボン酸および/または相当するカルボキシレ−トの含有量(C)
を有することを特徴とする。
− 45〜550m2/g、特に70〜370m2/g、とりわけ80〜300m2/gのBET比表面積;
− 少なくとも0.15重量%の、特に少なくとも0.20重量%の、全炭素として表される、ポリカルボン酸および/または相当するカルボキシレ−トの含有量(C);ならびに
− 任意選択的に、少なくとも0.30重量%のアルミニウム(Al)の含有量
を有することを特徴とする。

によってメチレン基の吸着の自由エンタルピーΔGa CH2と関連付けられる(DorrisおよびGray法,J.Colloid Interface Sci.,77(180),353−362)。
− 45〜550m2/g、特に70〜370m2/g、とりわけ80〜300m2/gのBET比表面積、
− 少なくとも0.15重量%の、特に少なくとも0.20重量%の、全炭素として表される、ポリカルボン酸および/または相当するカルボキシレ−トの含有量(C);
− 任意選択的に、少なくとも0.30重量%のアルミニウム(Al)の含有量;ならびに
− 少なくとも6.0%の吸水量
を有することを特徴とする。
シリカ懸濁液は、欧州特許出願公開第520862A1号明細書の実施例12に記載されている方法に従って調製した。
平均入口温度:485℃
平均出口温度:153℃
平均流量:166L/h
下に25バールの圧力で1.5mmノズルを通して砕解ケーキを噴霧することによって乾燥させた。
以下の材料を、SBRベースのエラストマー組成物の調製に使用した:
SBR:50±4%のビニル単位;25±2%のスチレン単位;−20℃近くのTgの;Lanxess製のSBR Buna VSL5025−2;37.5±2.8重量%のオイルで増量された100phrのSBR/
BR:Lanxess製のオイルBuna CB 24
Solvayから商業的に入手可能なSilica Z1165 MP
S1:実施例1に従って製造された本発明による沈澱シリカ
カップリング剤:Lehvoss France sarl製のLuvomaxx TESPT
可塑剤:Nynas製のNytex 4700ナフテン系可塑剤
酸化防止剤:N−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−N−フェニル−パラ−フェニレンジアミン;Flexsys製のSantoflex 6−PPD
DPG:ジフェニルグアニジン;RheinChemie製のPhenogran DPG−80
CBS:N−シクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド;RheinChemie製のRhenogran CBS−80
エラストマーの100部当たりの重量部(phr)として表される、エラストマーブレンドの組成物を、下の表Iに示し、次の手順に従ってBrabender型の内部ミキサー(380ml)で調製した。
組成物は、2つの逐次段階で調製した:第1段階は高温熱機械仕事からなり、これに110℃未満の温度での機械仕事の第2段階が続いた。この段階は、加硫系の導入を可能にする。
生の混合物の粘度
ムーニー(Mooney)粘度は、MV 2000レオメーターを用いて100℃で生の状態での組成物に関して測定した。Mooney応力緩和速度は、標準NF ISO 289によった。
測定は、生の状態での組成物に関して実施した。レオロジー試験は、標準NF ISO 3417に従ってMonsanto ODRレオメーターを用いて160℃で実施した。この試験によれば、試験組成物を、30分間、160℃の温度に調整された試験チャンバーに入れ(チャンバーを完全に満たし)、試験チャンバーに含まれる二円錐ローターの低い振幅(3°)振動に対して組成物によって逆らわれる抵抗トルクを測定する。
− 検討中の温度での組成物の粘度を反映する、最小トルク(Tmin);
− 最大トルク(Tmax);
− 架橋系のおよび、必要に応じて、カップリング剤の作用によってもたらされる架橋度を反映する、デルタトルク(ΔT=Tmax−Tmin);
− 完全加硫の98%に相当する加硫度を得るために必要な時間T98(この時間は、加硫最適条件と見なされる);ならびに
− 検討中の温度(160℃)で最小トルクよりも2ポイント上のトルクを増加させるのに必要とされる時間、そして加硫を開始させることなくこの温度で生の混合物を加工することが可能である時間を反映する時間に相当するスコーチ時間TS2
を、時間の関数としてのトルクの変動の曲線から求めた。
測定は、160℃の温度で得られる最適加硫組成物(T98)に関して実施した。
動的特性は、標準ASTM D5992に従って粘度分析計(Metravib VA3000)で測定した。
シリカ懸濁液は、欧州特許出願公開第520862A1号明細書の実施例12に記載されている方法に従って調製した。
平均入口温度:250℃
平均出口温度:135℃
平均流量:15L/h
下に1バールの圧力で2.5mmノズルを通して砕解ケーキを噴霧することによって乾燥させた。
実施例2および比較例1について記載された同じ手順に従って、表VIに規定される組成物を調製した、ここで:
BRは:Lanxess製のオイルBuna CB 25である
Silica Z1165 MPは、Solvayから商業的に入手可能な沈澱シリカである
S2およびS3は、実施例3および4に従って調製された本発明による沈澱シリカである。
Claims (15)
- − (i)反応に関与するシリケートの総量の少なくとも一部および電解質を容器に提供する工程であって、前記容器に当初存在するシリケートの濃度(SiO 2 として表される)が100g/L未満である工程;
(ii)少なくとも7.0の反応媒体についてのpH値を得るための量の酸性化剤を前記容器に添加する工程;
(iii)酸性化剤および、適切な場合、同時に残りの量のシリケートを前記反応媒体にさらに添加してシリカ懸濁液を得る工程;
により、少なくとも1つのシリケートを少なくとも1つの酸性化剤と反応させる工程と;
− 前記シリカ懸濁液を濾過にかけてフィルターケーキを提供する工程と;
− 前記フィルターケーキを、アルミニウム化合物の添加を任意選択的に含む、液状化工程にかけて沈澱シリカの懸濁液を得る工程と;
− 任意選択的に、液状化工程後に得られた沈澱シリカを乾燥させる工程と
を含む沈澱シリカの製造方法であって、
少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸が、前記液状化工程中にまたは後にフィルターケーキに添加され、ここで、前記ポリカルボン酸が、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、メチルアジピン酸、メチルコハク酸、エチルコハク酸、オキサロコハク酸、ジメチルグルタル酸、イタコン酸、ムコン酸、アコニット酸、トラウマチン酸、グルタコン酸、フタル酸、オルトフタル酸、イソフタル酸、トリメシン酸およびトリメリット酸からなる群から選択され、ただし、前記液状化工程がアルミニウム化合物の添加を含む場合には、前記ポリカルボン酸が、いかなるメチルグルタル酸からおよびポリカルボン酸の混合物からなる群から選択されない方法。 - 前記工程(i)において、当初存在する電解質の濃度が19g/L未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- アルミニウム化合物が前記液状化工程中に添加される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸および前記アルミニウム化合物が同時に添加される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸が、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、メチルアジピン酸、メチルコハク酸、エチルコハク酸およびジメチルグルタル酸からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、メチルアジピン酸、メチルコハク酸、エチルコハク酸、オキサロコハク酸、ジメチルグルタル酸、イタコン酸、ムコン酸、アコニット酸、トラウマチン酸、グルタコン酸、フタル酸、オルトフタル酸、イソフタル酸、トリメシン酸およびトリメリット酸からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸を含む、ただし、沈澱シリカ中のアルミニウム含有率が0.20重量%超である場合に、前記ポリカルボン酸が、いかなるメチルグルタル酸およびポリカルボン酸の混合物からなる群からも選択されない沈澱シリカ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリカルボン酸が、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、メチルアジピン酸、メチルコハク酸、エチルコハク酸およびジメチルグルタル酸からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の沈澱シリカ。
- 全炭素として表される、ポリカルボン酸および/または相当するカルボキシレ−トの総含有率(C)が、少なくとも0.15重量%である、請求項6または7に記載の沈澱シリカ。
- 全炭素として表される、ポリカルボン酸および/または相当するカルボキシレ−トの総含有率(C)が、10.00重量%を超えない、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の沈澱シリカ。
- 45〜550m2/gのBET比表面積を有することをさらに特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の沈澱シリカ。
- 少なくとも6.0%の吸水量を有することを特徴とする、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の沈澱シリカ。
- 43mJ/m2未満の表面エネルギーγs dの分散成分を有することを特徴とする、請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載の沈澱シリカ。
- 請求項6〜12のいずれか一項に記載の沈澱シリカを含むポリマー組成物。
- 請求項13に記載の少なくとも1つの組成物を含む物品。
- 履物底、床仕上げ材、ガスバリア、難燃性材料、空中ケーブル用のローラー、家庭電化製品用のシール、液体またはガスパイプ用のシール、ブレーキシステムシール、パイプ、被覆材料、ケーブル、エンジンサポート、電池セパレーター、コンベヤーベルト、伝動ベルトまたはタイヤからなる、請求項14に記載の物品。
