Description
先ず、図2を参照すると、本発明を適用する工作機械の一例が示されている。図2において、本発明の好ましい実施の形態による工作機械100は、立形マシニングセンタを構成しており、工場の床面に固定された基台としてのベッド102、ベッド102の前方部分(図1では左側)の上面で前後方向またはX軸方向(図1では左右方向)に移動可能に設けられワークWが固定されるテーブル114、ベッド102の後端側(図1では右側)で同ベッド102の上面に立設、固定されたコラム104、該コラム104の前面で左右方向またはY軸方向(図1では紙面に垂直な方向)に移動可能に設けられたサドル106、サドル106の前面で上下方向またはZ軸方向に移動可能に取り付けられたZスライダ108、Zスライダ108に取付けられ主軸112を回転可能に支持する主軸頭110を具備している。
Ax=X方向の送り軸の最高加速度
Ay=Y方向の送り軸の最高加速度
Az=Z方向の送り軸の最高加速度
Lx=反対経路間のX方向の距離=X2−X1
Ly=反対経路間のY方向の距離=Y2−Y1
が演算される。
Qz=(Lx/Ax)×Az
Qz=(Ly/Ay)×Az
Pr(X, Y, Z)=((X1+X2)/2, (Y1+Y2)/2, Qz)

Claims (1)
- 回転軸線を中心として回転する主軸の先端に装着された回転工具と、該主軸に対面配置されたワークとを、前記主軸の回転軸線方向をZ軸としてX、Y、Zの直交3軸方向に相対移動させるX、Y、Z送り軸を有した工作機械で、前記ワークの表面にZ軸方向に延びる第1と第2の穴を加工する穴加工方法において、
前記第1の穴の加工終了位置と前記第2の穴の加工開始位置との間のX軸方向の距離と、Y軸方向の距離を演算し、
前記X軸方向の距離をX送り軸の最大加速度で除算したX軸基準値と、前記Y軸方向の距離をY送り軸の最大加速度で除したY軸基準値を求め、
前記X軸基準値とY軸基準値との大きい方の値を最大基準値と設定し、
前記最大基準値にZ送り軸の最大加速度を乗じてZ軸方向の退避距離を求め、
前記第1の穴の加工終了位置と前記第2の穴の加工開始位置を両端とする線分を長軸または短軸とし、XY平面に垂直な平面内に延びる楕円状の接続経路であって、前記退避距離が前記楕円の短軸または長軸の1/2となる楕円状の接続経路を生成し、
前記接続経路に沿って前記回転工具を前記ワークの前記第1の穴の加工の終了位置から前記第2の穴の加工の開始位置へ移動させ、
前記回転工具を前記回転軸線に沿って前記ワーク内へ向けて駆動することを特徴とした穴加工方法。
