アノードとしては、コーニング(Corning)社の15Ω/cm2(1,200Å(120nm))ITOガラス基板を50mm×50mm×0.7mmサイズに切って使用した。前記ガラス基板をイソプロピルアルコールと純水とを用いて、各5分間超音波洗浄した後、30分間紫外線を照射し、さらにオゾンを曝露して洗浄した後、真空蒸着装置に供給した。

前記実施例1で、下記のように第1共振補助層の代わりに、第1上部共振補助層と第1下部共振補助層とを形成し、第2共振補助層の代わりに、第2上部共振補助層と第2下部共振補助層とを形成したことを除き、実施例1と同一の方法を利用して有機発光素子を製造した。
前記実施例1で、下記のように第1電荷生成層及び第2電荷生成層をさらに形成し、第1共振補助層の代わりに、第1上部共振補助層と第1下部共振補助層とを形成し、第2共振補助層の代わりに、第2上部共振補助層と第2下部共振補助層とを形成したことを除き、実施例1と同一の方法を利用して有機発光素子を製造した。

前記第1電荷生成層及び前記第2電荷生成層は、互いに独立して、2,3,5,6−テトラフルオロ−7,7’,8,8’−テトラシアノキノジメタン(F4−TCNQ)、7,7’,8,8’−テトラシアノキノジメタン(TCNQ)、ヘキサアザトリフェニレンヘキサカルボニトリル(HAT−CN)、ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸−3,4,9,10−二無水物(PTCDA)、1,3,2−ジオキサボリン誘導体、MoO3、WO3、ReO3、V 2 O5、SnO2、MnO2、CoO2、TiO2、ZnO、NiO、Mo(tfd)3、FeCl3、FeF3、SbCl5及びフラーレン(C60)からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種を含む有機発光素子。 - 前記p型ドーパントは、2,3,5,6−テトラフルオロ−7,7’,8,8’−テトラシアノキノジメタン(F4−TCNQ)、7,7’,8,8’−テトラシアノキノジメタン(TCNQ)、ヘキサアザトリフェニレンヘキサカルボニトリル(HAT−CN)、ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸−3,4,9,10−二無水物(PTCDA)、1,3,2−ジオキサボリン誘導体、MoO3、WO3、ReO3、V2O5、SnO2、MnO2、CoO2、TiO2、ZnO、NiO、Mo(tfd)3、FeCl3、FeF3、SbCl5及びフラーレン(C60)のうち少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記p型ドーパントは、下記化学式1A〜12Aで表示される化合物のうち少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
R101、R102、R103及びR109は、互いに独立して、水素、フッ素、シアノ基、置換または非置換のメチル基、置換または非置換のエチル基、置換または非置換のプロピル基、置換または非置換のブチル基、置換または非置換のエテニル基、置換または非置換のメトキシ基、置換または非置換のエトキシ基、及び置換または非置換のプロポキシ基のうち1種である。 - 前記第1ドーピング補助層は、前記第1共振補助層に接し、前記第2ドーピング補助層は、前記第2共振補助層に接する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1共振補助層、及び前記第2共振補助層は、前記第1副画素、及び前記第2副画素の共振距離に基づいて、互いに異なる厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された第1電極層と、
前記第1電極層上に、前記第1電極層と対向するように形成された第2電極層と、
前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層との間に形成された有機発光層であって、第1副画素、第2副画素及び第3副画素に共通して形成された第3有機発光層、前記第3有機発光層上の前記第1副画素に形成された第1有機発光層、及び前記第3有機発光層上の前記第2副画素に形成された第2有機発光層を含む有機発光層と、
前記第3有機発光層と前記第1有機発光層との間に形成された第1上部共振補助層と、
前記第3有機発光層と前記第2有機発光層との間に形成された第2上部共振補助層と、
前記第3有機発光層と前記第1上部共振補助層との間に形成された第1ドーピング補助層と、
前記第3有機発光層と前記第2上部共振補助層との間に形成された第2ドーピング補助層と、
前記第3有機発光層と前記第1ドーピング補助層との間に形成された第1下部共振補助層と、
前記第3有機発光層と前記第2ドーピング補助層との間に形成された第2下部共振補助層と、を含み、
前記第1ドーピング補助層及び前記第2ドーピング補助層は、互いに独立して、正孔輸送性材料及びp型ドーパントを含む有機発光素子。 - 前記p型ドーパントは、2,3,5,6−テトラフルオロ−7,7’,8,8’−テトラシアノキノジメタン(F4−TCNQ)、7,7’,8,8’−テトラシアノキノジメタン(TCNQ)、ヘキサアザトリフェニレンヘキサカルボニトリル(HAT−CN)、ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸−3,4,9,10−二無水物(PTCDA)、1,3,2−ジオキサボリン誘導体、MoO3、WO3、ReO3、V2O5、SnO2、MnO2、CoO2、TiO2、ZnO、NiO、Mo(tfd)3、FeCl3、FeF3、SbCl5、フラーレン(C60)、下記化合物201A及び201Bのうち少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1ドーピング補助層は、前記第1上部共振補助層及び前記第1下部共振補助層に同時に接し、前記第2ドーピング補助層は、前記第2上部共振補助層及び前記第2下部共振補助層に同時に接する、請求項6または7に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1上部共振補助層、前記第1下部共振補助層、前記第2上部共振補助層及び前記第2下部共振補助層は、前記第1副画素及び前記第2副画素の共振距離に基づいて、互いに異なる厚みを有する、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光素子は、前記第3有機発光層及び前記第1下部共振補助層の間に形成された第1電荷生成層と、前記第3有機発光層及び前記第2下部共振補助層の間に形成された第2電荷生成層と、をさらに含む、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記p型ドーパントの含量は、前記第1ドーピング補助層または前記第2ドーピング補助層の総質量を基準に、0を超えて5質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第3有機発光層は、青色有機発光層である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1電荷生成層及び前記第2電荷生成層は、互いに独立して、2,3,5,6−テトラフルオロ−7,7’,8,8’−テトラシアノキノジメタン(F4−TCNQ)、7,7’,8,8’−テトラシアノキノジメタン(TCNQ)、ヘキサアザトリフェニレンヘキサカルボニトリル(HAT−CN)、ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸−3,4,9,10−二無水物(PTCDA)、1,3,2−ジオキサボリン誘導体、MoO3、WO3、ReO3、V 2 O5、SnO2、MnO2、CoO2、TiO2、ZnO、NiO、Mo(tfd)3、FeCl3、FeF3、SbCl5及びフラーレン(C60)からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種を含む、請求項10に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光素子は、前記第1電極層と前記有機発光層との間に形成された正孔注入層及び正孔輸送層のうち、少なくとも1層をさらに含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光素子は、前記第2電極層と前記有機発光層との間に形成された電子注入層及び電子輸送層のうち、少なくとも1層をさらに含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記電子注入層及び前記電子輸送層のうち少なくとも1層は、リチウムキノレート(LiQ)及び下記化合物101のうち少なくとも1種を含む、請求項15に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光素子は、前記有機発光層と前記電子輸送層との間に形成された正孔阻止層をさらに含む、請求項15または16に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光素子は、前面発光型である、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- ソース、ドレイン、ゲート及び活性層を含んだトランジスタ、及び請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光素子を備え、
前記有機発光素子の第1電極が、前記ソース及びドレインのうち一つと電気的に接続された有機発光表示装置。
