Claims (9)
- 非接触振動抑制装置を利用して対象物の振動を抑制する段階と、
振動が抑制された前記対象物を加工する段階と、を含み、
前記対象物を加工する段階では、前記対象物を切断、研磨、成形、印刷、及びコーティングのうちの少なくとも一つを行い、
前記対象物を加工する段階では、前記対象物を切断し、
前記振動を抑制する段階では、前記対象物を切断した切断部位の長手方向の両隣接部位に超音波振動によって発生した反撥力を加えて、前記両隣接部位の振動を抑制し、
前記非接触振動抑制装置は、第1の超音波振動部及び第2の超音波振動部を含み、
前記第1の超音波振動部と前記第2の超音波振動部とは、対象物がそれらの間で介在できるよう、相互離隔して対向して配設され、前記第1の超音波振動部と前記第2の超音波振動部は、それぞれ超音波振動し、その超音波振動によって生成された反撥力を前記対象物に加えて、前記対象物を前記第1の超音波振動部と前記第2の超音波振動部との間で非接触にて拘束することで、前記対象物の振動を抑制することを特徴とする対象物加工方法。 - 前記加工する段階では、前記対象物を長手方向にトリム切断し、
前記振動を抑制する段階では、前記トリム切断したトリム部位に前記超音波振動によって発生した反撥力を加えて、前記トリム部位の振動を抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物加工方法。 - 前記対象物は薄板ウェブまたは薄板シートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物加工方法。
- 前記対象物はガラスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物加工方法。
- 前記非接触振動抑制装置は、前記第1の超音波振動部の振動条件と前記第2の超音波振動部の振動条件をそれぞれ制御する制御部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物加工方法。
- 前記対象物は搬送され、
前記非接触振動抑制装置は、前記対象物の搬送経路上に配設され、搬送中であるか停止状態で加工される前記対象物の振動を抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物加工方法。 - 前記第1の超音波振動部と前記第2の超音波振動部との間の離隔空間は、その長手方向に直線または曲線をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物加工方法。
- 前記第1の超音波振動部と前記第2の超音波振動部は、それぞれ振動吸収部によって支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物加工方法。
- 前記第1の超音波振動部及び第2の超音波振動部の角部は、前記第1の超音波振動部及び第2の超音波振動部の他の部位よりも前記対象物から離れるように面取り処理されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物加工方法。
