Description
ホバートミキサーを用いて表1における各原料を混合し、強度試験用のセメントモルタルを調製した。
表3に記載の各配合を用いてコンクリート改質調査をおこなった。
a.完成した改質コンクリートにおける最終的なSBS含有量が約0.75%のもの
b.完成した改質コンクリートにおける最終的なSBS含有量が約1.5%のもの
表5に示す各配合および図4に示す各骨材を用いて、ASTM C39により応力−ひずみ値を測定したところ、試験供試体が破断するまでの変形は40%超であった。
a.完成した改質コンクリートにおける最終的なSBS含有量が約1.5%のもの
b.完成した改質コンクリートにおける最終的なSBS含有量が約3.0%のもの
Claims (8)
- ポルトランドセメント組成物および/またはポルトランドコンクリート組成物においてSBSラテックスを添加剤として使用し、ただし、SBSラテックス以外に、室温で成膜可能であるゴムラテックス及び合成樹脂エマルジョンのいずれも含まない方法であって、前記SBSラテックスは、水性ラテックス中にSBSポリマーを20%〜70%含有する、使用する方法。
- ポルトランドコンクリート組成物において、前記SBSラテックスがポルトランドコンクリート組成物中の1%〜10%の割合となるように、前記SBSラテックスを添加剤として使用する、請求項1に記載の使用する方法。
- 前記SBSポリマーは、重量対重量百分率で10%〜45%のスチレン組成物および重量対重量百分率で55%〜90%のブタジエン組成物からなる、請求項1に記載の使用する方法。
- 前記SBSポリマーは、線状構成、放射状構成、または多腕構成を有する、請求項1に記載の使用する方法。
- 前記SBSラテックスの存在により、乾燥供試体における圧縮強度を25%〜45%向上することができ、湿潤供試体における圧縮強度を10%〜30%向上することができる、請求項1に記載の使用する方法。
- 前記SBSラテックスの存在により、乾燥供試体における引張強度を23%〜42%向上することができる、請求項1に記載の使用する方法。
- セメントを重量対重量百分率で13.5%〜15%、細骨材を重量対重量百分率で20%〜35%、粗骨材を重量対重量百分率で45%〜60%、および水を重量対重量百分率で3.5%〜4.3%含むコンクリート組成物であって、前記組成物は、さらに、SBSラテックスを重量対重量百分率で1.5%〜3%含み、ただし、SBSラテックス以外に、室温で成膜可能であるゴムラテックス及び合成樹脂エマルジョンのいずれも含まないものであり、前記組成物において弾性係数が4.5%〜17%増大したことが認められる、コンクリート組成物。
- セメントを重量対重量百分率で12%〜15%、細骨材を重量対重量百分率で35%、粗骨材を重量対重量百分率で45%、および水を重量対重量百分率で2%〜3.5%含むコンクリート組成物であって、前記組成物は、さらに、SBSラテックスを重量対重量百分率で3%〜6%含み、ただし、SBSラテックス以外に、室温で成膜可能であるゴムラテックス及び合成樹脂エマルジョンのいずれも含まないものであり、前記組成物において引張強度が4%〜21%増大し、ひずみが8%〜30%増大したことが認められる、コンクリート組成物。
