Description
Claims (4)
- 水硬性セメント、水、及び発泡性ポリウレタンの形成原料であるポリオールの混合物と、イソシアネート化合物と、を混合して流動性の均一な混合物とし、発泡性ポリウレタンの形成過程での発泡によって混合物中に使用された水の5〜85%を相分離によって分離除去し、流動性を失わせ、可塑性を有させることを特徴とする、水硬性セメントを含む低い含水量の可塑性組成物の製造方法。
- 前記水硬性セメントが、ポルトランドセメント、高炉スラグセメント、ポゾランセメント、膨張セメント、急結/急硬セメント、油井セメント、白色セメント、着色セメント、アルミン酸カルシウムセメントの単独、または2つ以上の任意に選択されたものの混合物、またはこれらのいずれか1つと石膏との混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水硬性セメントを含む低い含水量の可塑性組成物の製造方法。
- 前記均一な混合物は、前記水硬性セメント100重量部に対して、水2.5重量部〜150重量部及び発泡性ポリウレタンの形成原料10重量部〜100重量部を混合することによって製造したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水硬性セメントを含む低い含水量の可塑性組成物の製造方法。
- 水硬性セメント、水、及び発泡性ポリウレタンの形成原料であるポリオールを混合し、さらにイソシアネート化合物を混合して得られる流動性の均一な混合物の状態でポリウレタンを重合、発泡させることによって、セメント粒子間に存在する自由水を発泡力を用いて排出させて、流動性を失った発泡性ポリウレタン及び水硬性セメントを含む可塑性組成物と液状の水とに相分離し、相分離された水を除去することを特徴とする、水硬性セメントを含む低い含水量の可塑性組成物の製造方法。
