Claims (7)
- 複数の発光機構と、
目盛盤を挟んで前記各発光機構と対を為し直線状の受光領域を有するCOMSイメージセンサを用いて構成された複数の受光機構と、
前記各発光機構および前記各受光機構を制御する制御機構と、を備え、
前記制御機構は、前記各受光機構から受けたアナログ受光信号をデジタル受光信号に変換する複数の前記受光機構よりも少ない数のアナログフロントエンドと、前記デジタル受光信号を用いて前記目盛盤の回転姿勢を検出する演算処理部と、前記各受光機構のいずれか1つと前記アナログフロントエンドとを選択可能に接続する信号切替部と、を有し、
前記制御機構では、前記各発光機構を同時に発光させて前記各受光機構で受光させた後、前記信号切替部へと切替信号を送ることで前記アナログ受光信号を出力させる前記受光機構を切り替えて、前記各受光機構が同時に取得した前記受光領域の全域に渡る前記アナログ受光信号を前記各受光機構のいずれか1つから前記アナログフロントエンドへと出力させ、前記アナログフロントエンドが入力された前記アナログ受光信号から前記デジタル受光信号を生成して前記演算処理部へと入力させる工程を、すべての前記受光機構に対して順に行うことを特徴とする角度検出装置。 - 前記制御機構は、互いに等しい蓄積駆動信号を前記各受光機構へと送ることにより、前記各受光機構を同時に受光させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の角度検出装置。
- 前記制御機構は、前記各発光機構の個体差を無くすべく発光強度を調整する発光信号を前記各発光機構に個別にかつ同時に送ることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の角度検出装置。
- 対を為す前記発光機構と前記受光機構とは、前記目盛盤の回転中心に関して回転対称となる位置で複数の組として設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の角度検出装置。
- 前記制御機構は、前記アナログフロントエンドと前記演算処理部との間に、前記デジタル受光信号を記憶するデジタルデータ記憶部を有し、
前記制御機構では、前記各受光機構のいずれか1つから前記アナログフロントエンドへと前記受光領域の全域に渡る前記アナログ受光信号を出力させて生成した前記デジタル受光信号を前記デジタルデータ記憶部へと入力させる工程を、すべての前記受光機構に対して順に行い、その後に前記デジタルデータ記憶部から前記演算処理部へと前記デジタル受光信号を順に入力させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の角度検出装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の角度検出装置を搭載し、
対象物までの距離と方向とを測定可能な測量ユニットと、
前記測量ユニットを駆動制御する制御ユニットと、を備えることを特徴とする測量装置。 - 前記測量ユニットは、前記対象物を視準する望遠鏡部を有し、
前記角度検出装置は、前記望遠鏡部の視準方向における水平角と鉛直角とを検出することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の測量装置。
