本発明は、リコペン及びトマトシドAを含むトマト搾汁液をベースとしたトマト飲料であり、リコペンの含有量及びトマトシドAの含有量が後述する第1式及び第2式、又は第3式及び第4式を満たすものである。

第3式: y≧1.09375x−8.75
第4式: x≦13.6
[実施例A1〜A15、B1〜B5、比較例C1〜C10]
トマト搾汁液として、80%トマトジュース(キッコーマン株式会社製;商品名「朝トマト」)を用いた。
各実施例及び各比較例について、官能評価を実施した。官能評価は2人のパネリストにより行われた。この結果を表2及び図1に示す。
第1式: y≧1.09375x−10.5
第2式: x≦14.4
第3式: y≧1.09375x−8.75
第4式: x≦13.6
Claims (3)
- リコペン及びトマトシドAを含むトマト飲料であって、
リコペンの含有量(y;単位はmg/100mL)と、トマトシドAの含有量(x;単位はmg/100mL)とが第1式及び第2式を満たすことを特徴とするトマト飲料。
第1式: y≧1.09375x−10.5
第2式: 8.0<x≦14.4 - 請求項1に記載するトマト飲料において、
リコペンの含有量と、トマトシドAの含有量とが第3式及び第4式を満たすことを特徴とするトマト飲料。
第3式: y≧1.09375x−8.75
第4式: 8.0<x≦13.6 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載するトマト飲料において、
トマト種子抽出物を含み、前記トマトシドAは、当該トマト種子抽出物由来である
ことを特徴とするトマト飲料。
