また、図16(C)に示すように、ソルダーレジスト液または耐熱性塗料で、半田付けが必要な箇所をマスクして塗らないように皮膜を作り、溶融状態のハンダ29がランド形状で留まるようにしてもよい。
消費電力=3×0.065=0.195W≒0.2W
となる。また、LG社の商品名:High Power 3535 3Wの場合、
消費電力=3×0.35=1.05W≒1W
となり、Middle PowerのLEDチップを使うことの方が、コストが安いうえに高効率であるためメリットが大きい。なお、High PowerのLEDチップを使用する場合、信頼性が高いうえに、今後の商品開発等の発展も期待できる。

Claims (9)
- 複数個のLEDチップを並列に配列したブロックを直列に複数接続してなり、前記LEDチップの全数が配線パターンに対応した薄板の形状からなる導電性の配線体の一方の面に実装されてなる発光モジュールであって、
前記配線体は、前記ブロックの直列接続方向に配された複数枚の導電金属により構成され、
前記各ブロック中の前記複数個のLEDチップは、直列接続方向に隣接する2つの導電金属に並列状態で直接接続され、
前記隣接する2つの導電金属は絶縁性材料である補強部によって繋がれており、
前記補強部は、線状に形成された第1の部位を前記配線体の一方の面であって並列状態で接続されている前記複数個のLEDチップ間に有している
発光モジュール。 - 配線パターンに対応した薄板の形状からなる導電性の配線体と当該配線体の一方の面に実装される複数個のLEDチップとを有する発光モジュールであって、
前記配線体は、第1方向に配設された導電金属を複数備え、
前記LEDチップは、前記第1方向に隣接する一対の導電金属に直接接続され、
前記隣接する一対の導電金属は絶縁性材料である補強部によって繋がれており、
前記配線体は、前記複数個のLEDチップが実装されている側から前記配線体の一方の面を見たときに、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向の端縁が露出し、
前記補強部は、線状に形成された第1の部位を前記配線体の一方の面であって前記端縁よりも前記第2方向の内側に有している
発光モジュール。 - 前記補強部は、前記第1の部位と交差する方向に線状に延びる第2の部位を前記配線体の一方の面に有している
請求項1又は2に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記補強部は、前記第1の部位および前記第2の部位により前記LEDチップを囲むように形成されている
請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記補強部は、前記配線体の他方の面に配された第3の部位を有している
請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記第1の部位と前記第3の部位とは前記配線体の法線方向から見たときに重畳している
請求項5に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記配線体の前記LEDチップが実装される一方の面には反射層が設けられている
請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記LEDチップは、前記導電金属に半田により接続され、
前記導電金属の前記LEDチップが実装される一方の面であって前記LEDチップが接続される領域以外の領域にソルダーレジスト皮膜が設けられている
請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の発光モジュール。 - 請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の発光モジュールを搭載したLED照明装置。
