Description
(a)触媒床を、第1の冷却ガスによって、第1の上昇温度から、この第1の上昇温度よりも低い第2の上昇温度に冷却することと、
(b)前述した第2の上昇温度付近で触媒床を維持しながら、触媒床から第1の冷却ガスを除去することと、
(c)触媒中のクロムの少なくとも一部を化学的還元させ酸化が還元された状態にするのに十分な時間、還元ガスによって触媒床を処理することと、
(d)触媒床を、第2の冷却ガスによって、第2の上昇温度から、この第2の上昇温度よりも低い第3の上昇温度に冷却することと、
(e)触媒床から還元ガスを除去することと、
(f)触媒床を、第3の冷却ガスによって、第3の上昇温度から、この第3の上昇温度よりも低い第4の上昇温度に冷却することと、
(g)触媒床を、第4の冷却ガスによって、第4の上昇温度から周囲温度に冷却することと、を含み、反応器が停止すると、触媒中のクロムの少なくとも一部が、酸化が還元された状態にある。
Claims (14)
- 脱水素反応器を停止する方法であって、脱水素反応器は、クロム含有触媒を含む触媒床を収容し、該触媒床は、標準的な脱水素条件下において500℃〜800℃の範囲にある第1の上昇温度で作動し、前記方法は、
(a)前記触媒床を、水素含有ガスを含まない第1の冷却ガスによって、前記第1の上昇温度から、前記第1の上昇温度よりも低い300℃〜500℃の範囲にある第2の上昇温度に冷却することと、
(b)前記第2の上昇温度付近で前記触媒床を維持しながら、蒸気、窒素及びこれらの混合物から選択されたガスをパージ媒体として使用することにより、又は減圧により、前記触媒床から前記第1の冷却ガスを除去することと、
(c)前記触媒中のクロムの少なくとも一部を化学的還元させ酸化が還元された状態にするのに十分な時間、還元ガスによって前記触媒床を処理することと、
(d)前記触媒床を、第2の冷却ガスによって、前記第2の上昇温度から、前記第2の上昇温度よりも低い155℃〜320℃の範囲にある第3の上昇温度に冷却することと、
(e)蒸気、窒素及びこれらの混合物並びに他の非反応性媒体から選択されるガスをパージ媒体として使用することにより、前記触媒床から前記還元ガスを除去することと、
(f)前記触媒床を、第3の冷却ガスによって、前記第3の上昇温度から、前記第3の上昇温度よりも低い50℃〜150℃の範囲にある第4の上昇温度に冷却することと、
(g)前記触媒床を、第4の冷却ガスによって、前記第4の上昇温度から周囲温度に冷却すること
とを含み、前記反応器が停止すると、前記触媒中のクロムの少なくとも一部が、酸化が還元された状態にある前記方法。 - 前記第1の上昇温度から前記第2の上昇温度への前記触媒床の冷却速度が、毎時50℃以下である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の冷却ガスが加熱空気である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の上昇温度が、550℃〜700℃の範囲にある請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の冷却ガスの除去が、前記反応器を0.5atm以下の圧力に減圧することによって遂行される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の上昇温度が、350℃〜450℃の範囲にある請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記還元ガスが、イソブタン、プロパン、n−ブタン、プロピレン、天然ガス、一酸化炭素、及びこれらのうちのいずれかの混合物から選択されるガスを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記還元ガスが、前記触媒床の温度を、前記第2の上昇温度から前記第3の上昇温度に低下させるように、第2の冷却ガスとしても機能する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の冷却ガスが、前記触媒床を前記第4の上昇温度に冷却し、かつ前記触媒床から前記還元ガスをパージするように機能する請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の冷却ガスが、前記触媒床が所望の酸化状態に達した後、導入され、前記触媒床から前記還元ガスをパージするように機能する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の冷却ガスが化学的に不活性である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の上昇温度が、280℃から320℃の範囲にある請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第4の冷却ガスが空気である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 空気が前記反応器内に導入される場合、前記反応器の前記第4の上昇温度が、前記触媒中のクロムが酸化されない程度に十分低い請求項13に記載の方法。
