Description
制御コンピュータ13−1〜13−nは、クラウドコンピュータ12から浸水の可能性がある旨の通知を受信すると、制御コンピュータ13−1〜13−nの制御対象の制御を行なう。
<第1の実施の形態:経済集中領域A−1における制御>
図5は、第1の実施の形態に係る経済集中領域A−1の止水ゲートA−12の制御を行なうための防災システムを示す図である。
<第2の実施の形態:ビル領域A−2、地下鉄領域A−3における制御>
図6は、第2の実施形態におけるビル領域A−2、地下鉄領域A−3における制御を行なうための防災システムを示す図である。
<第3の実施の形態:居住地域Bにおける制御>
第3の実施の形態は、居住地域Bにおける住人の避難誘導方法に関する防災システムであり、浸水の可能性が通知された場合に、住人を迅速に避難させることができるものである。
Claims (11)
- 地域を浸水から守るために必要な降雨量情報に基づいて、前記地域の予測降雨量を算出する気象予測部と、
前記気象予測部により算出された予測降雨量から、前記地域の浸水の可能性の可否を判断する解析部と、
前記解析部により前記地域の浸水の可能性があると判断された場合に、前記地域に設けられ、前記地域を浸水から守るための止水ゲートを閉じるように制御する制御部とを具備し、
前記地域は、複数の施設を含み、外壁及び止水ゲートで囲まれ、かつ内壁により複数の領域に分割され、
前記分割された複数の領域には、それぞれ分割領域用止水ゲートが設けられ、
前記制御部は、前記分割された複数の領域を、前記複数の領域の浸水状況に応じて、前記分割領域用止水ゲートをそれぞれ制御する、
防災システム。 - 前記降雨量情報は気象レーダにより観測される、請求項1記載の防災システム。
- 前記解析部は、前記地域の河川の水位情報をさらに加えて、前記地域の浸水の可能性の可否を判断する、請求項1記載の防災システム。
- 前記解析部は、下水の流量情報をさらに加えて、前記地域の浸水の可能性の可否を判断する、請求項1記載の防災システム。
- 前記制御部は、さらに、前記解析部により前記地域の浸水の可能性があると判断された場合に、前記地域に設けられた排水ポンプを稼働する、請求項1記載の防災システム。
- 前記排水ポンプは、前記地域に設置された無停電電源に接続されている、請求項5記載の防災システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記解析部により前記地域の浸水の可能性があると判断された場合に、前記地域のビルの入り口に設けられた止水ゲートを制御する、請求項1記載の防災システム。
- 前記解析部により前記地域の浸水の可能性があると判断された場合に、前記地域の住民に避難経路を提供する手段
をさらに具備する、請求項1記載の防災システム。 - 前記提供する手段は、前記避難経路を含む浸水の可能性がある地域を示すハザードマップを提供する、請求項8記載の防災システム。
- 前記避難経路は、現時点の避難経路である、請求項8記載の防災システム。
- 前記避難経路は、予測された避難経路である、請求項8記載の防災システム。
