Claims (3)
- 複数の設備と、該複数の設備に開閉器を介して接続された複数のエネルギー供給源と、該エネルギー供給源で使用されるエネルギー量を計測する計測器と、データ収集部により収集された前記計測器での計測データ、前記設備の運転状態、前記開閉器の開閉状態を含むプラントデータを記憶するプラントデータベースと、該プラントデータベースに記憶された前記計測データ及び開閉器の開閉状態に基づいて前記エネルギー供給源から前記設備への確立されたエネルギー供給系統を判定するエネルギー供給系統演算部と、該エネルギー供給系統部で判定された確立されたエネルギー供給系統のエネルギー供給源の前記計測器で計測されたエネルギー量、及び排出係数データベースに記憶された排出係数から温室効果ガスの排出量を演算する排出量演算部を備えた温室効果ガス監視装置。
- 前記設備が汚泥消化設備,汚泥焼却設備を含み、前記汚泥消化設備で生成された汚泥をボイラー蒸気で加熱することにより消化汚泥を生成し、前記汚泥焼却設備で前記消化汚泥を焼却するものであって、前記計測器が前記汚泥消化設備及び汚泥焼却設備の燃料使用量を計測する請求項1に記載の温室効果ガス監視装置。
- 前記排出係数データベースは、エネルギー供給源で使用されるエネルギーのデータと、該エネルギーの温室効果ガス排出係数を具備した請求項1又は2に記載の温室効果ガス監視装置。
