図1は、本発明を適用する放電加工機100の要部構成を概略的に示す正面図である。なお、以下では、便宜上、図示のように直交3軸方向(X軸方向,Y軸方向,Z軸方向)を、それぞれ左右方向、前後方向、上下方向と定義し、この定義に従い各部の構成を説明する。

Claims (4)
- 回転主軸に保持され、傾斜電極ガイドによって傾斜案内された細穴加工用の電極とワークとの間に電圧を印加して放電させ、放電のエネルギーでワークに細穴を加工する細穴放電加工機において、
前記電極を挿通させる中空部を有し、柔軟性を有して湾曲可能なガイドチューブであって、該ガイドチューブの基端側が前記電極の回転軸線に略平行になるように前記傾斜電極ガイドの本体に保持されるガイドチューブと、
前記傾斜電極ガイドの本体に取り付けられ、前記ガイドチューブの先端部が所望の角度に傾斜するように保持するチューブホルダであって、前記電極の回転軸線に対して所定の角度で前記電極を案内する位置決めガイドを前記ガイドチューブの先端側に取り付けたチューブホルダと、
を具備することを特徴とした細穴放電加工機。 - 前記ガイドチューブの基端部に前記電極を該ガイドチューブ内に導入する導入部が取り付けられており、前記ガイドチューブの先端部に、前記電極を前記ガイドチューブから前記位置決めガイドへ導入する導入部が配設されている請求項1に記載の細穴放電加工機。
- 前記チューブホルダが、前記電極の回転軸線に対して垂直な軸線を中心として旋回可能となっており、これによって前記電極先端部の角度を変更可能にした請求項1に記載の細穴放電加工機。
- 前記チューブホルダが、前記電極の回転軸線と平行な軸線を中心として回転可能となっており、これによって電極先端部の傾斜方向を変更可能にした請求項1に記載の細穴放電加工機。
