前記ベースパネル(10)と前記カバーパネル(11)との間に配置され、複数の区画(15)を画定するように前記厚み方向に延びる複数のベアリングウェブ(14)と、
前記ベアリングウェブ(14)の間に配置される前記区画内に延びる断熱ライニングと、を備え、
前記複数のベアリングウェブ(14)は、前記厚み方向に延びる中心コア(17)および挟み込むように前記中心コアを取り囲む2つの外皮(18)を備えた複合構造、を有し、
前記中心コア(17)は、前記外皮(18)よりも低い熱伝導率を有し、
前記外皮は、繊維強化熱可塑性ポリマーのマトリックスで構成され、
前記中心コア(17)は、熱可塑性ポリマーのマトリックスで構成され、
前記外皮(18)および前記中心コア(17)は、前記外皮(18)および前記中心コア(17)の熱可塑性マトリックスの融合によって接続される
ことを特徴とする自立型断熱ケース(3、7)。 - 前記外皮(18)が、熱可塑性ポリマーマトリックスを含浸させた繊維布またはマットで構成され、
前記繊維が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自立型断熱ケース。 - 前記外皮(18)および前記中心コア(17)の前記熱可塑性ポリマーマトリックスは、60℃未満の融解温度差を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自立型断熱ケース。 - 前記外皮(18)および前記中心コア(17)の前記熱可塑性ポリマーマトリックスは、同一である
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自立型断熱ケース。 - 前記外皮(18)および前記中心コア(17)の前記熱可塑性マトリックスは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリイミド、ポリオキシエチレン、ポリエーテルイミド、および、その共重合体から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の自立型断熱ケース。 - 前記中心コア(17)の前記熱可塑性マトリックスは、リネン、麻および/またはジュートの繊維で強化されている

ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の自立型断熱ケース。 - 前記ベースパネル(10)および前記カバーパネル(11)が、それぞれ、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性要素(22、26、29)を有し、
前記複数のベアリングウェブ(14)が、前記ベアリングウェブ(14)と前記ベースパネル(10)および前記カバーパネル(11)の前記熱可塑性要素(22、26、29)との間の界面領域で、熱可塑性溶接によって前記ベースパネル(10)および前記カバーパネル(11)に固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の自立型断熱ケース。 - 前記ベアリングウェブ(14)が、複数の起伏を有し、
前記起伏の軸が、前記ベースパネル(10)および前記カバーパネル(11)に対して垂直に延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の自立型断熱ケース。 - 流体貯蔵タンクの断熱用自立型断熱ケース(3、7)を製造する方法であって、
複数のベアリングウェブ(14)を製造する工程と、
ベースパネル(10)およびカバーパネル(11)を用意する工程と、
前記ベースパネル(10)および前記カバーパネル(11)がケースの厚み方向に間隔をあけて配置され、且つ、前記ベアリングウェブ(14)が前記厚み方向に延びるように、前記ベースパネル(10)と前記カバーパネル(11)との間に前記ベアリングウェブを固定する固定工程と、
前記ベアリングウェブ(14)に設けられる複数の区画(15)に断熱ライニングを敷く工程と、を有し、
前記複数のベアリングウェブ(14)を製造する工程が、
繊維強化熱可塑性ポリマーのマトリックスで構成される2つの外皮(18)を用意する工程と、
熱可塑性ポリマーマトリックスで構成され、前記外皮よりも低い熱伝導率を有する中心コア(17)を用意する工程と、
前記中心コアの両側で前記2つの外皮(18)を金型に位置づける工程と、
前記外皮(18)および前記中心コア(17)の熱可塑性マトリックスの融合により、
前記外皮(18)と前記中心コア(17)を接合する工程と、を有する
ことを特徴とする自立型断熱ケース(3、7)を製造する方法。 - 前記外皮(18)および前記中心コア(17)が、熱圧着、共押出し、または、熱ラミネートで、接合される
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記ベースパネル(10)および前記カバーパネル(11)は、それぞれ、前記ベアリングウェブ(14)を固定するための熱可塑性要素(22、26、29)を少なくとも1つ有し、
前記ベアリングウェブ(14)は、前記ベアリングウェブ(14)と前記ベースパネル(10)および前記カバーパネル(11)の前記熱可塑性要素(22、26、29)との間の界面領域で、熱可塑性の溶接作業によって前記ベースパネル(10)および前記カバーパネル(11)に固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 流体密封断熱用流体貯蔵タンクにおいて、
互いに隣接して設けられる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複数のケース(3,7
)を備えた断熱バリアと、
前記断熱バリアに対して接する封止膜と、を有する
ことを特徴とする流体密封断熱用流体貯蔵タンク。 - 流体を輸送する船(70)において、
二重船体(72)と
前記二重船体に設けられる請求項14に記載のタンク(71)と、を有する
ことを特徴とする船。 - 請求項15に記載の船(70)で積み降ろしする方法において、
液体は、浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設(77)から前記船のタンク(71)まで、または、前記船のタンク(71)から前記浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設(77)まで、絶縁パイプライン(73、79、76、81)を介して運ばれる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 流体用輸送システムにおいて、
請求項15に記載の船(70)と、
前記船の船体に取り付けられるタンク(71)を浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設(77)に接続するために配置される絶縁パイプライン(73、79、76、81)と、
前記浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設(77)から前記船のタンクまで、または、前記船のタンクから前記浮遊貯蔵施設又は陸上貯蔵施設まで、前記絶縁パイプラインを介して液体を運ぶポンプと、で構成される
ことを特徴とするシステム。
