Claims (9)
- 患者に又は患者から流体を非経口的に移送するためのデバイスであって、
先端部分及び基端部分を有し、前記先端部分と前記基端部分との間に内腔を規定する針であって、前記先端部分が、先端側表面を有し、かつ、患者への挿入用に構成され、前記基端部分が流体リザーバに流体的に結合可能であるように構成される、針と、
前記針の前記内腔を通じた流体の流れを選択的に制御するように動作可能な閉塞機構であって、患者への挿入中に前記針の前記内腔を閉塞する第1構成と、前記針が患者に挿入された後に前記針の前記内腔が閉塞されずに患者への又は患者からの流体の移送を可能にする第2構成との間において移動するように構成された閉塞機構と、を備え、
前記閉塞機構が閉塞部材を含み、前記閉塞部材は、前記閉塞部材の内部表面が前記針の外部表面に接触するように前記針に連結され、前記閉塞部材は、前記針に対して第1位置から第2位置に回転させられて前記閉塞機構を前記第2構成に配置するように構成され、前記閉塞部材は先端側表面を有し、前記閉塞部材の前記先端側表面は、前記閉塞部材が前記第1位置にある場合に前記針の前記先端側表面と実質的に平行に前記針の前記先端側表面に整列し、前記閉塞部材の前記先端側表面は、前記閉塞部材が前記第2位置にある場合に前記針の前記先端側表面とは整列しない、デバイス。 - 前記閉塞部材が、前記針の少なくとも一部上に移動可能に配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。

- 前記針は、前記流体リザーバに流体的に連結され、前記流体リザーバは、前記閉塞機構が前記第2構成にある場合に、組織及び汚染物質を実質的に含まない流体の流れを患者から受け入れるように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
