前記化学光学センサユニットが、化学光学センサユニットと皮膚(10)との間の接触媒質(12)を伴って動作するように適合され、化学光学センサユニットが少なくとも1つの検知層(2)の光学的応答を測定するように適合され、検知層(2)の光学的応答がガス(6)の濃度に依存し、接触媒質(12)が、揮発性酸及び/又は塩基に関連付けられるイオン(30)を除去することが可能である、イオン平衡手段を備える。
第1の実験において、純水へのCO2ガスの溶解を試験した。
第2の実験において、標準の燐酸塩緩衝液へのCO2ガスの溶解を試験した。
第3の実験では、希釈燐酸塩緩衝液へのCO2の溶解を試験した。
Claims (15)
- ガスの濃度の経皮的測定用の化学光学センサユニットであって、
所定の放射線で照射される少なくとも1つの通気性検知層と、
前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層の片側に隣接する少なくとも第1の通気性層であって、濃度が測定されるべきガスを前記少なくとも1つの第1の通気性層を通して前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層に向けて通過させる少なくとも第1の通気性層とを備え、
前記化学光学センサユニットは、当該化学光学センサユニットと皮膚との間の接触媒質を伴って動作し、前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層の光学的応答を測定し、前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層の光学的応答がガスの濃度に依存する化学光学センサユニットにおいて、
前記化学光学センサユニットは、濃度が測定されるべきガスを少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層を通して前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層に向けて通過させる当該少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層を更に含み、前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層は、前記皮膚から前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層へのガス経路内に配置された追加の層であることを特徴とする、
化学光学センサユニット。 - 前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層は、少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基を結合することが可能な、前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基を固定化することが可能な、或いは前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基を不揮発性分子に変換すること、並びに/又は前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸をより酸性の低い揮発性分子に、及び/若しくは前記少なくとも1つの揮発性塩基をよりアルカリ性の低い揮発性分子に変換することが可能な、少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層が、接触媒質が前記少なくとも1つの通気性層に1つ又は複数の位置で直接接触することを可能にする不連続構造を有する、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記不連続構造が、前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層のブロックと、それに続く1つ又は複数のギャップとの1つ又は複数のシーケンスである、請求項3に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 少なくとも更なる第2の通気性層を備え、前記少なくとも更なる第2の通気性層は、前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層の片側に、又は前記少なくとも1つの第1の通気性層の片側に隣接し、濃度が測定されるべきガスを前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層に向けて通過させ、更に、前記化学光学センサユニットから皮膚へ又は皮膚から前記化学光学センサユニットへイオンが通過するのを防止する、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも更なる第2の通気性層は、少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基に関連付けられるイオンを除去することが可能なイオン平衡手段を備える、請求項5に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 請求項5又は6に記載の化学光学センサユニットと、
前記化学光学センサユニットとガスの測定が行われる皮膚との間のインターフェースで提供される接触媒質と、を含む、接触物質を持った化学光学センサユニットであって、
前記接触媒質は、少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基に関連付けられるイオンを除去することが可能なイオン平衡手段を備える、接触物質を持った化学光学センサユニット。 - 前記イオン平衡手段は、イオン捕捉手段、イオン交換ポリマー、イオン交換樹脂、アニオン交換樹脂、又はそれらの任意の組合せである、請求項7に記載の接触物質を持った化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基を結合又は変換することが可能な前記少なくとも1つの化合物は、化学緩衝液、又は燐酸塩緩衝液である、請求項2に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層は、前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層又は前記少なくとも1つの通気性層の厚さの約10%〜約300%の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの通気性層、前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層、並びに/或いは前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層は、シリコンゴムを含む、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層及び必要に応じて前記少なくとも1つの揮発性酸及び/又は塩基結合層は、ルミネセンス材料を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第1の通気性層は、光が前記少なくとも1つの通気性層を通過するのを防止する、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記化学光学センサユニットは、血液ガス濃度を測定するための経皮的センサユニットであり、前記化学光学センサユニットが、O2若しくはCO2、又は同時にO2とCO2との血液ガス濃度を測定し、CO2の血液ガス濃度を測定する、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層を照射する少なくとも1つの光源、又は、前記光源に接続された光案内構造と、
前記少なくとも1つの通気性検知層の光学的応答を検出する少なくとも1つの検出デバイス、又は、前記少なくとも1つの検出デバイスに接続された光案内構造とを更に備え、前記光源、前記光案内構造、及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの検出デバイスの少なくとも1つが、前記化学光学センサユニットに取外し可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニット。 - 患者監視及び/又は患者の換気のためのシステムであって、請求項1に記載の化学光学センサユニットと、換気デバイス及び/又は監視デバイスとを備えるシステム。
