Description

Claims (13)
- 所定の放射線で照射される少なくとも1つのセンシング層、並びに
前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層の一方の側に近接する、及び濃度が測定されるガスを、ガス透過層を通り抜けて前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層に送る少なくとも1つのガス透過層
を有する、センサ手段、
前記センサ手段を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んでいる第1の断熱手段であり、前記第1の断熱手段は、前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層の側面を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んでいる第1の断熱手段、並びに
前記第1の断熱手段を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、及び前記第1の断熱手段により前記センサ手段から断熱されている、皮膚を加熱するための第1の熱伝導手段、
を有する皮膚を加熱しながら血液のガス濃度を経皮的に測定するための光学センサユニットにおいて、
前記光学センサユニットは、さらに前記第1の熱伝導手段に熱を与える少なくとも1つの第1の加熱装置を有し、
前記光学センサユニットは、前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層の光学応答を測定し、前記光学応答は前記ガス濃度に依存している、光学センサユニット。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の加熱装置は取り外せるように、前記光学センサユニットに接続される、請求項1に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 前記所定の放射線で前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層に照射する少なくとも1つの放射線供給手段、及び
前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層の前記光学応答を検出する少なくとも1つの放射線検出装置、
をさらに有する、請求項1又は2に記載の光学センサユニットにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つの放射線供給手段及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの放射線検出装置は取り外せるように、前記光学センサユニットに接続される、光学センサユニット。 - 前記第1の熱伝導手段は、前記少なくとも1つのガス透過層の、前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層とは反対の側を少なくとも部分的に覆うように構成される、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 少なくとも、前記少なくとも1つのガス透過層の前記側を覆っている前記第1の熱伝導手段の部分は、前記部分に形成される穿孔を有する、請求項4に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 前記第1の熱伝導手段は、前記センサ手段内に少なくとも一部が延在している少なくとも1つの延長部を有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス透過層の、前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層とは反対の側を少なくとも部分的に覆うように構成される一方、前記第1の熱伝導手段からは断熱されている第2の熱伝導手段をさらに有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 少なくとも、前記少なくとも1つのガス透過層の前記側を覆っている前記第2の熱伝導手段の部分は、前記部分に形成される穿孔を有する、請求項7に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 前記第2の熱伝導手段は、前記センサ手段と前記第1の断熱手段との間に少なくとも一部が延在している延在部を有する、請求項7又は8に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 前記第2の熱伝導手段は、前記センサ手段内に少なくとも一部が延在している少なくとも1つの延長部を有する、請求項7乃至9の何れか一項に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 前記第1の加熱装置を、前記少なくとも1つの放射線供給手段及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの放射線検出装置から断熱するように構成される第2の断熱手段をさらに有する、請求項3又は請求項3に従属する請求項4乃至10の何れか一項に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの放射線供給手段及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの放射線検出装置を加熱するように構成される一方、前記第2の断熱手段により前記第1の加熱装置から断熱されている、少なくとも1つの第2の加熱装置をさらに有し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の加熱装置はゼロ熱流束方法を行うために構成される、請求項11に記載の光学センサユニット。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の光学センサユニットを使用して皮膚を加熱しながら血液のガス濃度を経皮的に測定する方法において、
前記ガス透過層を通過した後に、前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層において、濃度が測定されるガスを受け取るステップ、
前記所定の放射線で前記センシング層を照射するステップ、及び
前記ガス濃度に依存している、前記少なくとも1つのセンシング層の光学応答を検知するステップ
を有する方法。
