Claims (13)
- 鋼材からなるストリップを製造するための方法、特に、改善された耐用寿命を有する切断工具または切削工具を製造するための鋼材からなるストリップを製造するための方法であって、硬化可能な鋼材の溶融液から鋳造法によりプレストリップが作製され、次いで前記プレストリップがホットストリップを形成するように圧延され、必要な場合には、次いで焼なましされて冷間圧延される、方法であって、
前記プレストリップが水平方向のストリップキャスティング設備で製作され、ここで、溶融液が、供給容器から、2つの方向転換ロールを介して循環運動する冷却されたコンベヤベルトの上に送り込まれ、前記溶融液の流動が沈静化された条件下で、6〜40mmの範囲内の曲げのないプレストリップを形成するように、鋳込まれ、次いでホットストリップを形成するように少なくとも50%の変形度で前記プレストリップが圧延され、
前記プレストリップの上面と下面の冷却速度は、ストリップ断面における残留凝固が生じる位置が後の切れ刃となる位置の範囲外になるようにそれぞれ異なるように設定されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記プレストリップの下面は前記プレストリップの上面よりも強力に冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プレストリップの下面の冷却は、前記プレストリップがその上に載置されているコンベヤベルトの下面の冷却によって間接的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記コンベヤベルトの下面の冷却は水によって冷却され、前記プレストリップの上面は静止した空気または保護ガス雰囲気中で冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 凝固の後かつ更なる処理の開始前に前記プレストリップが均一化ゾーンを通過することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記更なる処理は前記プレストリップの板状への切断であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 板状への切断の後に板が圧延温度まで加熱され、次いで圧延されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記更なる処理は前記プレストリップのコイル巻取りであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記プレストリップがコイル巻取りの後にコイル巻出しされ、圧延温度まで加熱され、次いで圧延されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記プレストリップがコイル巻出しの前に再加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記プレストリップがインライン方式で圧延プロセスにかけられ、次いでコイル巻取りされることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱間圧延の際の変形度が>70%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ホットストリップが冷却後に冷間圧延されることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
