Claims (13)
- 駆動軸(1)の回転運動を検出するための磁石式角変位計測システム(100)であって、
第1軸端領域(13)を有する駆動軸(1)と、
前記駆動軸(1)の前記第1軸端領域(13)に連結されて前記駆動軸(1)と共に回転する励起ユニット(5)と、
静止状態にあり、前記励起ユニット(5)と協働して前記駆動軸(1)の回転運動を検出するセンサユニット(6)と、
軸線方向における前記駆動軸(1)の少なくとも一部を径方向で取り囲む円筒部(31)を有した遮蔽体(3)と、
磁気伝導性を有し、前記磁石式角変位計測システム(100)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むハウジング(4)とを備え、
少なくとも前記第1軸端領域(13)は、磁気伝導性を有さない材料で形成され、
前記遮蔽体(3)と前記駆動軸(1)との間に、所定の空隙(36)が形成され、
前記ハウジングは、前記遮蔽体(3)を径方向で取り囲む
ことを特徴とする磁石式角変位計測システム。 - 前記駆動軸(1)は、少なくとも2部材からなる構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記駆動軸(1)は、それぞれが別個に形成された第1軸部(11)と第2軸部(12)とを有し、
前記第1軸端領域(13)は、前記第1軸部(11)によって形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。 - 第1軸部(11)と第2軸部(12)とは、少なくとも部分的に、径方向で互いに重なり合っていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 第1軸部(11)と第2軸部(12)とは、一緒に回転するように互いに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記第1軸端領域(13)は、固定部材(2)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記遮蔽体(3)は、前記駆動軸(1)の軸受(14)が当接する軸受部(34)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記遮蔽体(3)は、前記センサユニット(6)及び前記ハウジング(4)の少なくとも一方を固定可能な少なくとも1つの段部(32,33)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記ハウジング(4)は、軸線方向で前記遮蔽体(3)に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記励起ユニット(5)は、少なくとも1つの磁石(51a,51b)が固定された磁石支持部(50)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記励起ユニット(5)は、磁石(51a)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記励起ユニット(5)は、接着により前記駆動軸(1)の前記第1軸端領域(13)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記駆動軸(1)は、少なくとも部分的に前記励起ユニット(5)を挿入可能な凹部(15)を、前記第1軸端領域(13)に有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
