Description
(S10):攪拌器付きタンクに液状NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)、加硫剤として硫黄(S)、加硫促進剤としてジエチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、気泡安定剤としてトリメンベース(Trimenbase)、分散剤としてブチルナフタレンスルホン酸ナトリウムを投入し、45rpmの速度で混合および攪拌しながら粘度調節剤としてカゼインを投入して粘度を6,500cpsに調節し、pH調節剤として6%水酸化カリウム水溶液を投入してpHを10.6に調節した。
本発明のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジと比較するための含浸用発泡ウレタンスポンジを製造した。
水、アミン触媒およびシリコーン界面活性剤を混合し、20分間十分に混合してアミン混合物を準備した。
実施例の含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジと、比較例の含浸用発泡ウレタンスポンジとを、低粘度ゲル状化粧料組成物の構成原料に含まれるエステル油、極性有機UVカット剤、および揮発性シリコーン油にそれぞれ浸漬して80℃で20分間維持した後、実施例の含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジ及び比較例の含浸用発泡ウレタンスポンジの体積減少率を測定した。
実施例の含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジと比較例の含浸用発泡ウレタンスポンジの加水分解特性を評価するために、10%濃度の苛性ソーダ、塩酸および硝酸に、比較例のポリエーテル発泡ウレタンスポンジ、ポリエステル発泡ウレタンスポンジ、実施例のNBRスポンジを7日間常温で浸漬した後、このようにして含浸させた比較例のポリエーテル発泡ウレタンスポンジ、ポリエステル発泡ウレタンスポンジ、及び実施例のNBRスポンジを自然乾燥させた。
低粘度ゲル状化粧料組成物を含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジに含浸させた後、化粧道具を使って皮膚に塗布するとき、含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの硬さによる選好度の差について比較した。

Claims (14)
- 攪拌器内に液状NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)、加硫剤、加硫促進剤、気泡安定剤、および分散剤を投入した後、混合および攪拌する段階(S10)と、
凝固剤と一緒に、前記撹拌された原料を所定の形状の発泡モールド内に投入し、発泡器を用いて25乃至35℃で1時間発泡および成形する段階(S20)と、
発泡モールド内または熟成タンク内で成形物を25乃至35℃で1乃至3時間熟成する段階(S30)と、
熟成された成形物を加硫器内にて85乃至105℃の温度で40乃至65分間加硫および乾燥させる加硫段階(S40)と、
加硫された成形物を発泡モールドから取り出して所望の厚さに裁断する段階(S50)とを含んでなり、
前記加硫剤は、硫黄(S)、セレニウム(Se)及びテルル(Te)のうちのいずれかを選択して投入し、
前記段階(S10)にて、粘度調節剤とpH調節剤をさらに投入して粘度を5,000乃至12,000cpsに調節し、pHを10乃至11に調節することを特徴とする、ゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。 - 前記裁断する段階(S50)の後に、含浸用NBRスポンジを化粧品容器に収納することができるように所定の規格に合わせて裁断し、含浸用NBRスポンジに含浸孔を形成する成形段階(S60)をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記段階(S10)にて、抗菌剤をさらに投入して混合および攪拌を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記加硫促進剤は、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(Zinc diethyldithiocarbamate)、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの亜鉛塩(Zinc of 2−mercaptobenzothiazole)、EZ、MZ及びZnOのうちの少なくとも一つを選択して投入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記気泡安定剤は、トリメンベース(Trimene base;Ethane、chloro−、polymer with ammonia and formaldehyde)またはCore Tex TNM−14S(Polyalkylene Glycol Derevatives)を投入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記分散剤はブチルナフタレンスルホン酸ナトリウム(Sodium Butylnaphthalene Sulfonate)を投入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記凝固剤はケイフッ化ソーダまたはベントナイトを選択して投入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記抗菌剤は、金−イライトナノコロイド溶液、銀−トルマリンナノコロイド溶液、およびシリコーン酸化物でコーティングされた金属ナノコロイド溶液のうちのいずれかを選択して投入することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)91.5〜98.1重量%、加硫剤0.5〜1.5重量%、加硫促進剤0.5〜2.0重量%、気泡安定剤0.2〜1.0重量%、凝固剤0.5〜3.0重量%、および分散剤0.2〜1.0重量%から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の、ゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)91.0〜98.0重量%、加硫剤0.5〜1.5重量%、加硫促進剤0.5〜2.0重量%、気泡安定剤0.2〜1.0重量%、凝固剤0.5〜3.0重量%、抗菌剤0.1〜0.5重量%、および分散剤0.2〜1.0重量%から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の、ゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジ(10)は、アスカー(ASKER)硬度計F型(Type F)を基準に、15乃至35の硬さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジ(10)は180乃至240g/Lの密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジ(10)は10〜150ppi(pore per inch)のポア数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
- 前記含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジ(10)はオープンセル(open cell)の構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のゲル状化粧料組成物含浸用NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)スポンジの製造方法。
