−第一繊維複合体シート(2、12、48、52)が熱成形され、第一半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)を形成し、第二繊維複合体シート(2、12、48、52)が熱成形され、第二半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)を形成し、
−第一及び第二半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)が、成形型(90)の中に、第一及び第二半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)の間にキャビティ(96)を形成し、重合体状の、好ましくは熱硬化性、発泡体、好ましくはその場で発泡により、が充填される、方法をさらに提供する。

−分岐構造を備え、該基底部から様々な方向に伸びる少なくとも3個の分岐を含んでなる固定構造を含んでなり、
該固定構造の該分岐構造が該発泡体層中に埋め込まれている、多層構造成分。
−第一及び第二繊維複合体シートを用意し、該第一及び該第二繊維複合体シートが、それぞれ繊維材料から製造され、熱可塑性プラスチックを基材とするマトリックス中に埋め込まれている少なくとも一つの繊維プライを有し、
−該第一繊維複合体シートが、熱成形されて、第一半加工繊維複合体製品を得て、該第二繊維複合体シートが、熱成形されて、第二半加工繊維複合体製品を得て、
−該第一及び該第二半加工繊維複合体製品が、発泡型中に、該第一及び該第二半加工繊維複合体製品の間にキャビティが形成される様に配置され、
−発泡プラスチックが射出され、該キャビティ中に発泡体が形成される、方法。
Claims (18)
- −第一及び第二繊維−複合体層(102、104、122、124、172、174)を含んでなり、該第一及び第二繊維−複合体層の間に、発泡プラスチックから製造された発泡体層(106、126、176)が配置され、
−該第一及び第二繊維−複合体層(102、104、122、124、172、174)が、それぞれ少なくとも一つの繊維プライ(4、16、18、24)を有し、該繊維プライが繊維材料から製造され、かつ熱可塑性プラスチックを基材とするマトリックス(8、20)中に埋め込まれている、
多層構造成分(84、110、120、170)であって、
該構造成分(84、110、120、170)が、
−力−導入要素に結合するための基底部(142)、及び
−分岐構造(146)を備え、該分岐構造(146)が基底部(142)から様々な方向に伸びる少なくとも3個の分岐(148a−f)を含んでなる
固定構造(140)を含んでなり、
該固定構造(140)の該分岐構造(154)が該発泡体層(106、126、176)中に埋め込まれている、多層構造成分。 - 第一及び/又は第二繊維−複合体層(102、104、122、124、172、174)のマトリックス(8、20)が、熱可塑性プラスチックを基剤とする、請求項1に記載の構造成分。
- 第一及び/又は第二繊維複合体層(102、104、122、124、172、174)の繊維プライ(4、16、18、24)が、一方向繊維プライの、織布プライの、不規則繊維プライの、又はそれらの組合せの形態を取る、請求項1または2に記載の構造成分。
- 第一及び/又は第二繊維複合体層(102、104、122、124、172、174)の繊維材料が、次の繊維タイプ、即ちガラス繊維、炭素繊維、玄武岩繊維、アラミド繊維、金属繊維の一種以上から製造された繊維を含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分。
- 第一及び/又は第二繊維複合体層(102、104、122、124、172、174)の繊維材料の、それぞれの繊維複合体層(102、104、122、124、172、174)の総体積に対する、体積による含有量が、30〜60体積%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分。
- 第一又は第二繊維複合体層(102、104、122、124、172、174)が収容空間を有し、固定構造(140)が、収容空間中に伸びる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分。
- 構造成分(84、110、120、170)が、少なくともある程度、発泡体層(106、126、176)中に埋め込まれた機能的要素(130)を含んでなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分。
- 分岐構造(146)中で、基底部(142)から様々な方向に伸びる少なくとも3個の分岐(148a−f)が、実質的に一つの平面内にある、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分。
- 基底部(142)が、力−導入要素に結合するための、分岐(148a−f)の平面に対して実質的に直角に伸びる結合区域を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分。
- 分岐構造(146)の少なくとも一個の分岐(148a−f)から、少なくとも一個のさらなる分岐が伸びる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分。

−第一及び第二繊維複合体シート(2、12、48、52)を用意し、第一及び第二繊維複合体シート(2、12、48、52)が、それぞれ繊維材料から製造され、熱可塑性プラスチックを基材とするマトリックス(8、20)中に埋め込まれている、少なくとも一つの繊維プライ(4、16、18、24)を有し、
−第一繊維複合体シート(2、12、48、52)が、熱成形されて、第一半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)を得て、第二繊維複合体シート(2、12、48、52)が、熱成形されて、第二半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)を得て、
−第一及び第二半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)が、発泡型(90)中に、第一及び第二半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)の間にキャビティ(96)が形成されるように配置され、重合体状で満たされ、
−固定構造(140)が、第一又は第二半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)中に導入された収容空間(128、152)中に、該固定構造(140)がキャビティ(96)中に突き出すように配置され、発泡体が該キャビティ(96)中に導入される時、該固定構造が該キャビティ中で発泡プラスチックにより埋め込まれる、方法。 - 第一又は第二繊維複合体シート(2、12、48、52)の熱成形の際、熱可塑性プラスチックから製造されたホイル(30、40、72、74、76)が、熱成形プロセスの際に使用される成形型(58)の中に、熱成形プロセスの後に、該ホイルが、対応する半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)に密着するように、配置される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 機能的要素(130)が、第一又は第二半加工繊維複合体製品(64、86、88)中に導入された収容空間(128、152)中に配置され、機能的要素(130)の一部がキャビティ(96)中に突き出し、発泡体がキャビティ(96)中に導入される時、該キャビティ中で発泡プラスチックにより埋め込まれる、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 自動車車体成分の製造のための、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分(84、110、120、170)の使用。
- 構造成分(170)及び構造成分(170)の固定構造に固定された力−導入要素を含んでなる成分群の製造のための、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の構造成分(170)の使用。
