Claims (6)
- 石炭の分解成分を含む流体を流通させる第1の流路と、前記流体よりも低い温度を有する冷媒を流通させる第2の流路と、を有する本体部を備え、前記流体と前記冷媒との熱交換によって前記流体の少なくとも一部を凝縮させ、凝縮液を前記第1の流路の途中に設けた配管から取り出す凝縮器の洗浄方法であって、
前記流体と前記冷媒との流通を停止し、前記第2の流路に熱媒を流通させて、前記第1の流路の内部に付着した前記分解成分の固形物を融解して前記第1の流路から除去し、前記固形物を石炭の分解成分を含む融解液として前記配管から回収する洗浄工程を有する、凝縮器の洗浄方法。 - 第1の凝縮器及び第2の凝縮器を含む複数の凝縮器を備えており、
前記第1の凝縮器と前記第2の凝縮器とにおいて、前記洗浄工程を順次行う、請求項1に記載の洗浄方法。 - 前記洗浄工程において、前記本体部の底部を加熱器で加熱する、請求項1又は2に記載の洗浄方法。
- 石炭の分解成分を含む流体と冷媒との熱交換によって、前記流体の少なくとも一部を凝縮させる凝縮器であって、
前記流体を流通させる第1の流路と、前記流体よりも低い温度を有する前記冷媒を流通させる第2の流路と、を有する本体部と、
前記第1の流路における前記流体の流通を停止する停止部と、
前記第2の流路において、前記冷媒の供給と、前記第1の流路に付着した前記分解成分の固形物を融解する熱媒の供給と、を切り替える切替部と、
前記第1の流路の途中に設けられ、前記固形物を石炭の分解成分を含む融解液として回収する配管と、を備える凝縮器。 - 前記本体部の底部を加熱する加熱器を備える請求項4に記載の凝縮器。
- 請求項4又は5に記載の凝縮器を複数備える凝縮器ユニット。
