Description
そこで本発明は、再生骨材のモルタル混入率を測定しなくても、二酸化炭素を吸着させることによる品質改善効果が期待できる再生骨材か否かを容易に判定できる方法を提供することを目的とする。
また、請求項2記載の方法は、請求項1記載の方法において、測定値が閾値以上である再生骨材を、効果が期待できる再生骨材と判定することを特徴とする。
また、本発明の二酸化炭素を吸着させた再生骨材の製造方法は、請求項3記載の通り、請求項1記載の二酸化炭素を吸着させることによる品質改善効果が期待できる再生骨材か否かを判定する工程、および、前記工程によって効果が期待できると判定された再生骨材に二酸化炭素を吸着させる工程、を少なくとも含んでなることを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- コンクリート塊を破砕処理することで製造される粒径が5mm以上のものが重量で85%以上含まれる再生粗骨材の、破砕値および/または二酸化炭素吸着量割合を指標にすることを特徴とする、二酸化炭素を吸着させることによる品質改善効果が期待できる再生骨材か否かを判定する方法。
- 測定値が閾値以上である再生骨材を、効果が期待できる再生骨材と判定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1記載の二酸化炭素を吸着させることによる品質改善効果が期待できる再生骨材か否かを判定する工程、および、前記工程によって効果が期待できると判定された再生骨材に二酸化炭素を吸着させる工程、を少なくとも含んでなることを特徴とする二酸化炭素を吸着させた再生骨材の製造方法。
