Description
− ヘッド部分に気密に被せられている少なくとも部分的に透明なプローブカバーと併せて耳鏡の前記ヘッド部分を前記被験体の外耳の耳道に導入する工程であって、前記ヘッド部分が、少なくとも1本の光軸を示す光学電子撮像ユニットを収容している工程と
− 前記ヘッド部分に対して前記プローブカバーを移動させる工程と、
− 前記電子撮像ユニットを用いて少なくとも1枚の画像を捕捉する工程と、
− 特に前記鼓膜を加圧するために、前記プローブカバーを通して前記耳道に気体を入れる工程と
を含む方法によって、本発明に従って達成される。好ましくは、少なくとも1本の光軸は、径方向にオフセットして配置される。かかる方法を用いると、鼓膜を他の物体からより確実に識別することができる。特に、耳道内の可変圧に応答して鼓膜が移動するとき、複数の画像を捕捉することができるので、様々な物体の同定が容易になる。かかる方法により、耳道内のヘッド部分の位置に実質的に関係なく、光軸が鼓膜に向いているかどうかを決定することができる。かかる方法により、実用的な方法で非医師によって適用することが可能になる。
− ヘッド部分に気密に被せられている少なくとも部分的に透明なプローブカバーと併せて耳鏡の前記ヘッド部分を前記被験体の外耳の耳道に導入する工程であって、前記ヘッド部分が、少なくとも1本の光軸を示す光学電子撮像ユニットを収容している工程と
− 前記ヘッド部分に対して前記プローブカバーを移動させる工程と、
− 前記電子撮像ユニットを用いて少なくとも1枚の鼓膜の画像を捕捉する工程と、
− 前記プローブカバーを通して前記耳道に気体を入れる工程と
− 前記鼓膜の医学的証拠を提供するために、捕捉した前記少なくとも1枚の鼓膜の画像に基づいて前記鼓膜の可動性を評価し、前記鼓膜の医学的特徴付けを行う工程であって、前記鼓膜の医学的特徴付けが、前記鼓膜の湾曲、特に凸性を決定すること、前記鼓膜を加圧し、前記鼓膜の可動性を検出すること、及び前記鼓膜の温度を検出することの少なくともいずれかを含む工程とを含む。前記鼓膜の医学的特徴付けは、特に、例えば、温度又は特定の赤色度に関する所定の範囲に基づいて、装置によって自動的に実施されることが好ましい。
前記第1の湾曲C4’よりも鼓膜EDに近接している。耳鏡10のヘッド部分14は、耳道C内に導入される。耳鏡10は、第2の湾曲C4まで、即ち、おおよそ軟部結合組織C1と硬骨C2との間の移行領域C3まで耳道C内に導入される。図16に図示されている位置では、耳鏡10は、「角を見回す」ことができる。「角」は、耳道Cの第2の湾曲C4として定義することができる。耳鏡10は、加圧手段90をヘッド部分14の外側面に連結する少なくとも1本の第1の圧力線90.1と、加圧手段90をヘッド部分14の前側、即ち、遠位端18に配置されている遠位先端に連結する少なくとも1本の第2の圧力線90.2とを備える加圧手段90を有する。
Claims (32)
- − 適用中に、ユーザが耳鏡(10)を操作できるようにするハンドル部分(12)と、
− ヘッド部分(14)の長手方向軸(A)に沿って延在している実質的に先細の形態を有するヘッド部分(14)であって、前記ハンドル部分(12)に隣接している近位端(16)及び患者の外耳の耳道に導入するのに適している、より小さな遠位端(18)を有するヘッド部分(14)と
を含み、
前記ヘッド部分(14)の前記遠位端(18)に配置される電子撮像ユニット(40)を更に含み、前記ヘッド部分(14)に被せるのに適している少なくとも部分的に透明なプローブカバー(60)を前記ヘッド部分(14)又は前記ハンドル部分(12)に対して気密に固定するようになっている固定手段を更に含み、前記プローブカバー(60)の少なくとも一部を移動させるようになっているプローブカバー移動機構(65)を更に含むことを特徴とする耳鏡(10)。 - 耳道内の物体の可動性を検出するようになっている可動性センサユニット(40a)を含む請求項1に記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 耳道内に可変圧を印加するようになっている加圧手段(90)を含む請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 固定手段(66.3)が、プローブカバー移動機構(65)と併せて提供されるアダプタ(66)を含み、前記アダプタ(66)が、気体導管を有する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 電子撮像ユニット(40)が、長手方向軸(A)から径方向にオフセットして配置される少なくとも1本の光軸(X;X1、X2)を示す請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 固定手段(66.3)が、周方向において完全に側面に沿ってプローブカバー(60)と嵌合するのに適している請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 被験体の中耳内の流体を検出するのに適している流体センサユニットを更に含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 耳鏡(10)のヘッド部分(14)に被せるのに適している請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)用のプローブカバー(60)であって、近位端において、前記プローブカバー(60)を前記耳鏡(10)のヘッド部分(14)又はハンドル部分(12)に気密に固定するために配置される突起(60.2;62.2、63.1)を有することを特徴とするプローブカバー(60)。
- プローブカバーの殻(62、63)間の少なくとも1つのギャップ又は溝が気体導管を提供する多重プローブカバーである請求項8に記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- 気密接続を提供するのに適しているフォームフィット突起(62.2、63.1)を提供する2つの殻(62、63)を有し、前記突起(62.2、63.1)が重なり合っている請求項9に記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- 近位端で互いに固着している2つの殻(62、63)を有する請求項9から10のいずれかに記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- 成形プラスチックである請求項8から11のいずれかに記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- 請求項8から12のいずれかに記載のプローブカバー(60)であって、電子撮像ユニット(40)又は少なくとも1本の光軸(X1、X2)の回転中に前記プローブカバー(60)がハンドル部分(12)に対して移動しないように、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)のヘッド部分(14)又は前記ハンドル部分(12)の少なくとも一部に固定するのに適しているプローブカバー(60)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)を含み、更に、請求項8から13のいずれかに記載のプローブカバー(60)を含む耳検査装置。
- 被験体の耳内の物体を同定する方法であって、
− ヘッド部分(14)に気密に被せられている少なくとも部分的に透明なプローブカバー(60)と併せて耳鏡(10)の前記ヘッド部分(14)を前記被験体の外耳の耳道に導入する工程であって、前記ヘッド部分(14)が、少なくとも1本の光軸(X;X1、X2)を示す光学電子撮像ユニット(40)を収容している工程と、
− 前記ヘッド部分(14)に対して前記プローブカバー(60)を移動させる工程と、
− 前記電子撮像ユニット(40)を用いて少なくとも1枚の画像を捕捉する工程と、
− 前記プローブカバー(60)を通して前記耳道に気体を入れる工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 物体の温度を検出するために赤外線センサユニット(140)を用いる工程を更に含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 耳鏡(10)のヘッド部分(14)に被せるのに適している請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)用のプローブカバー(60)であって、近位端において、前記プローブカバー(60)を前記耳鏡(10)の前記ヘッド部分(14)又はハンドル部分(12)に気密に固定するために配置される突起(60.2;62.2、63.1)を有し、二重プローブカバーであり、気密接続を提供するのに適しているフォームフィット突起(62.2、63.1)を提供する2つの殻(62、63)を有し、前記突起(62.2、63.1)が重なり合っていることを特徴とするプローブカバー(60)。
- 耳鏡(10)のヘッド部分(14)に被せるのに適している請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の耳鏡(10)用のプローブカバー(60)であって、多重プローブカバーであり、近位端で互いに固着している2つの殻(62、63)を有することを特徴とするプローブカバー(60)。
- 被験体の耳内の鼓膜を同定し、医学的に特徴付ける方法であって、
− ヘッド部分(14)に気密に被せられている少なくとも部分的に透明なプローブカバー(60)と併せて耳鏡(10)の前記ヘッド部分(14)を前記被験体の外耳の耳道に導入する工程であって、前記ヘッド部分(14)が、少なくとも1本の光軸(X;X1、X2)を示す光学電子撮像ユニット(40)を収容している工程と、
− 前記ヘッド部分(14)に対して前記プローブカバー(60)を移動させる工程と、
− 前記電子撮像ユニット(40)を用いて少なくとも1枚の鼓膜の画像を捕捉する工程と、
− 前記プローブカバー(60)を通して前記耳道に気体を入れる工程と、
− 捕捉した前記少なくとも1枚の鼓膜の画像に基づいて前記鼓膜の可動性を評価し、前記鼓膜の医学的特徴付けを行う工程であって、前記鼓膜の医学的特徴付けが、前記鼓膜の湾曲を決定するか、前記鼓膜を加圧し、前記鼓膜の可動性を検出するか、又は前記鼓膜の温度を検出することを含む工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 加圧手段(90)が、少なくとも1本の気体導管(90.1、90.2)を有する請求項3に記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 気体導管が、アダプタ(66)の遠位前側につながる、少なくとも1つの孔を有する請求項4に記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 固定手段(66.3)が、周方向において完全に全周に沿って、プローブカバー(60)と嵌合するのに適している請求項6に記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 音響反射、ティンパノメトリ、又は耳音響放射に基づいて検出するようになっている流体センサユニットを更に含む請求項7に記載の耳鏡(10)。
- 多重プローブカバーが、二重プローブカバーである請求項9に記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- フォームフィット突起(62.2、63.1)が、U字形リムである請求項10に記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- 溶接又は糊付けによって近位端で互いに固着している2つの殻(62、63)を有する

- 成形プラスチックの材料が、ポリプロピレンである請求項12及び27のいずれかに記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- 赤外線センサユニット(140)が、ヘッド部分(14)の遠位端(18)に配置される請求項16に記載の方法。
- フォームフィット突起(62.2、63.1)が、U字形リムである請求項17に記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- 二重プローブカバーであり、溶接又は糊付けによって近位端で互いに固着している2つの殻(62、63)を有する請求項18に記載のプローブカバー(60)。
- 捕捉した少なくとも1枚の鼓膜の画像に基づいて前記鼓膜の可動性を評価し、前記鼓膜の医学的特徴付けを行う工程であって、前記鼓膜の医学的特徴付けが、前記鼓膜の凸性を決定するか、前記鼓膜を加圧し、前記鼓膜の可動性を検出するか、又は前記鼓膜の温度を検出することを含む工程を含む請求項19に記載の方法。
