Claims (2)
- 集電体の表面にこの集電体表面側を基端として集電体表面に直交する方向に配向するように複数本のカーボンナノチューブを成長させる成長工程と、
カーボンナノチューブの成長端側から基端に向けてプレスするプレス工程と、
プレスしたカーボンナノチューブの相互間に硫黄が溶解している電解液を供給し、各カーボンナノチューブの表面を硫黄で覆う被覆工程とを含み、
前記電解液の電解質は、LiPF6、LiClO4、LiBF 4、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(LiTFSl)、リチウムビス(ペンタフルオロエチルスルホニル)イミド(LiBETl)、リチウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド(LiFSI)、LiTFSから選択され、前記電解液の溶媒は、ジメトキシエタン(DME)、ジエトキシエタン(DEE)、ジフェニルエーテル(DPE)、ジベンジルエーテル(DBE)、ジグライム、トリグライム、テトラグライム、ジオキソラン(DOL)、ジオキサン(DIOX)、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、テトラヒドロピラン(THP)、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)から選択された少なくとも1種であり、
プレス後のカーボンナノチューブの成長端から基端までの高さが、プレス前の高さの1/10〜1/4の範囲であることを特徴とするリチウム硫黄二次電池用正極の形成方法。 - 前記電解質の濃度は0.25〜3mol/lの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウム硫黄二次電池用正極の形成方法。
