Description
その後、技術の発展に伴って、室内光電気複合ケーブルの出現は上記問題を解決したが、幾つかの特別な室内環境は、光電気複合ケーブルが非常に強い耐圧、耐応力、耐往復特性という利点を有し、竪坑内の無線信号カバレッジ、新築では無い室内に分布されたシステムの改造及び設置、エレベーターの光ファイバー制御、及び広い公共の場所における無線信号カバレッジなどの適用環境に直接使用できることが必要である。
超フレキシブル室内付随光電気複合ケーブルであって、該複合ケーブルは、複数の電力伝送部品、光ファイバー伝送部品及び構造補強部材を備え、前記複数の電力伝送部品、光ファイバー伝送部品及び構造補強部材はいずれも高難燃性外部保護層で被覆され、前記電力伝送部品は、ケーブル心線及び前記ケーブル心線の外部に被覆される絶縁材料を備え、前記ケーブル心線は軟導体であり、前記光ファイバー伝送部品はタイトバッファ光ファイバーであり、前記電力伝送部品及び光ファイバー伝送部品は前記高難燃性外部保護層の内側に平行に配列される。

Claims (5)
- 複数の電力伝送部品、光ファイバー伝送部品及び構造補強部材を備え、前記複数の電力伝送部品、光ファイバー伝送部品及び構造補強部材はいずれも高難燃性外部保護層で被覆され、
前記電力伝送部品は、ケーブル心線及び前記ケーブル心線の外部に被覆される絶縁材料を備え、前記ケーブル心線は軟導体であり、前記光ファイバー伝送部品はタイトバッファ光ファイバーであり、前記電力伝送部品及び光ファイバー伝送部品は前記高難燃性外部保護層の内側に平行に配列され、
前記タイトバッファ光ファイバーは、内側から外側へ順にファイバー心線、光電気複合ケーブルのフレキシブル性を向上させるための高強度アラミド層及びタイトバッファ被覆層を備え、前記高強度アラミド層は前記ファイバー心線を被覆し、前記タイトバッファ被覆層は前記高強度アラミド層の外部に被覆され、
前記絶縁材料はポリ塩化ビニル又はポリオレフィンであり、前記軟導体は多心撚り合わせ銅導体であり、前記高強度アラミド層は18×10 12 psiのアラミド層であり、
前記光電気複合ケーブルの内部は、2心電力伝送部品、4心光ファイバー伝送部品及び2心構造補強部材を備え、
前記高難燃性外部保護層の両側には、前記電力伝送部品と前記光ファイバー伝送部品との間、及び前記光ファイバー伝送部品間にのみ応力溝が設けられる、
超フレキシブル室内付随光電気複合ケーブル。 - 前記構造補強部材は、複数本の高弾性抗張鋼線を含む、請求項1に記載の超フレキシブル室内付随光電気複合ケーブル。
- 前記高難燃性外部保護層は、難燃性ポリオレフィン外部保護層である、請求項1に記載の超フレキシブル室内付随光電気複合ケーブル。
- 光電気複合ケーブルの外形は矩形である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の超フレキシブル室内付随光電気複合ケーブル。
- 前記光電気複合ケーブルの内部部品は次の順序で配置され、
前記電力伝送部品と、光ファイバー伝送部品と、構造補強部材とは平行に配置され、前記構造補強部材は前記光電気複合ケーブルの両側に設置され、前記電力伝送部品はそれぞれ前記構造補強部材の内側に設置され、前記光ファイバー伝送部品は前記2心電力伝送部品の中央に設置される、請求項1に記載の超フレキシブル室内付随光電気複合ケーブル。
