本实用新型涉及一种易开剥高密度全干式光缆,包括有外护套和缆芯,其特征在于所述的缆芯为全干式缆芯,包括有外护套和缆芯,其特征在于所述的缆芯为全干式层绞式缆芯,所述的缆芯包括有易开剥的松套管,松套管间设置非金属辅助加强元件,松套管内敷设有光通信单元和阻水纱,缆芯内敷设有阻水纱,缆芯外包覆有阻水层,最外层为外护套。本实用新型光纤密度高,满足高密度网络需求,提高了敷设资源的利用率,同时直径小,重量轻,光缆直径仅为传统光缆的约1/2,并具有优异的机械性能,可用于管道和自承式架空敷设;护套和松套管易开剥,使用续接方便,提高了施工效率;全介质结构,具有防电磁干扰、防雷击的性能。

本实用新型涉及一种易开剥高密度全干式光缆,属于光电传输技术领域。
背景技术
随着光通信技术的发展,光网络的建设面临着更高的要求,光纤光缆用量将越来越大,敷设工作量剧增。要加快光网络建设,不仅要提高光纤光缆密度,还要提高施工效率。目前传统光缆的光纤密度较低,占用有限的管网资源;多采用油膏填充阻水,在进行敷设时需要清理油膏,不仅污染环境,而且施工效率很低;护套开剥和套管开剥困难,易损伤光纤。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是针对上述现有技术存在的不足提供一种易开剥高密度全干式光缆,它具有结构简单,光纤密度高,易开剥,使用续接方便的特点。
本实用新型为解决上述提出的问题所提出的技术方案为:包括有外护套和缆芯,其特征在于所述的缆芯为全干式层绞式缆芯,所述的缆芯包括有易开剥的松套管,松套管间设置非金属辅助加强元件,松套管内敷设有光通信单元和阻水纱,缆芯内敷设有阻水纱,缆芯外包覆有阻水层,最外层为外护套。
按上述方案,所述的外护套套层中两侧镶嵌有非金属加强件,所述非金属加强件周围单边最薄壁厚设置为0.3-1.0mm,护套可沿该方向开剥。
按上述方案,所述的松套管由阻燃低烟无卤材料制成,外径1.1~1.3mm,单边壁厚0.1~0.15mm,便于松套管开剥。
按上述方案,所述非金属加强件为FRP,所述非金属辅助加强元件为芳纶或玻璃纱。
按上述方案,所述的光通信单元为光纤或光纤带;每根松套管中的光纤芯数为12芯。
按上述方案,所述的松套管设置2~3层。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:1、缆芯不设置中心加强元件,在松套管间隙间设置辅助加强元件,节约空间,提高光纤密度。光纤密度高,满足高密度网络需求,提高了敷设资源的利用率,同时直径小,重量轻,光缆直径仅为传统光缆的约1/2,并具有优异的机械性能,可用于管道和自承式架空敷设;2、护套和松套管易开剥,可徒手开剥不易损伤光纤,无需清理油膏,使用续接方便,提高了施工效率;3、全介质无金属结构,具有防电磁干扰、防雷击的性能;阻燃低烟无卤松套管在进入室内时具有阻燃防火作用。

本实用新型的一个实施例如图1、图2所示,包括有外护套1和包覆在外护套中的缆芯,所述的缆芯为全干式缆芯,所述缆芯包括有非金属辅助加强元件5,所述非金属辅助加强元件由芳纶或玻璃纱构成,绞合的易开剥的松套管4,松套管为3层,第一层为6根,第二层为12根,第三层为18根,松套管内敷设有光通信单元4.2和阻水纱4.1,所述的松套管由阻燃低烟无卤材料制成,外径1.3mm,单边壁厚0.1mm,便于松套管开剥,所述的光通信单元为光纤或光纤带;每根松套管中的光纤芯数为12芯。缆芯内敷设有阻水纱6,缆芯外包覆有阻水层3,所述的阻水层由阻水纱构成,最外层为外护套。所述的外护套套层中两侧镶嵌有非金属加强件2,所述非金属加强件周围单边壁厚最薄设置为0.8mm,护套可沿该方向开剥,本实施例光纤芯数为432芯,光缆直径仅为14mm左右。

Claims (6)

1.一种易开剥高密度全干式光缆,包括有外护套和缆芯,其特征在于所述的缆芯为全干式层绞式缆芯,所述的缆芯包括有易开剥的松套管,松套管间设置非金属辅助加强元件,松套管内敷设有光通信单元和阻水纱,缆芯内敷设有阻水纱,缆芯外包覆有阻水层,最外层为外护套。
2.按权利要求1所述的易开剥高密度全干式光缆,其特征在于所述的外护套套层中两侧镶嵌有非金属加强件,所述非金属加强件周围单边壁厚设置为0.3-1.0mm。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的易开剥高密度全干式光缆,其特征在于所述的松套管由阻燃低烟无卤材料制成,外径1.1~1.3mm,单边壁厚0.1~0.15mm。
4.按权利要求2所述的易开剥高密度全干式光缆,其特征在于所述非金属加强件为FRP,所述非金属辅助加强元件为芳纶或玻璃纱。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的易开剥高密度全干式光缆,其特征在于所述的光通信单元为光纤或光纤带;每根松套管中的光纤芯数为12芯。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的易开剥高密度全干式光缆,其特征在于所述的松套管设置2~3层。
