Description

一种多功能型接入网用光电复合缆 技术领域
本发明属于通信技术领域,涉及一种光电复合缆,具体涉及一种多功能型接入网用光电复合缆。
背景技术
接入网中需要两种功能的线缆来实现功能,一方面是传输数据的线缆,另一个是传输电力的线缆,在传统的线缆网络中,上述两种线缆需要两次布线,布线难度大、占用空间大、并且敷设的成本较高;另一方面线缆在接入网中,一般应用在智能楼宇综合配线、高速公路信息网络、工业装修以及大型公共场所等多种复杂环境中,但是,现在技术中常用的线缆,由于线缆本身的机械性能不佳,常常会遭到鼠蚁的破坏,不但造成经济上的损失,而且造成中断信息的重大损失。
因此,为了适应外部复杂的自然环境,需要从提高线缆机械物理性能和环境性能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优良机械物理性能和环境性能的多功能光电复合缆。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种多功能型接入网用光电复合缆,其包括缆芯和包裹在所述缆芯外部的护套,所述缆芯包括光单元和若干电单元,所述护套内侧设有辅助加强层,所述光单元包括由内护套包裹的若干纤芯,所述电单元包括绝缘层和由所述绝缘层包裹的若干导体。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述辅助加强层包括玻璃纤 维带和镀锌钢带,所述玻璃纤维带设置在所述镀锌钢带的内侧。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述护套为双层护套,所述双层护套包括低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃护套和阻燃尼龙护套,所述阻燃尼龙护套设置在光电复合缆的最外层。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,还包括云母带,所述云母带设置在所述玻璃纤维带的内侧。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,还包括中心加强件,所述中心加强件设置在光电复合缆的中心,所述中心加强件的周围围绕所述电单元和光单元。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,还包括三个与所述光单元直径相等的填充物一和一个与所述电单元直径相等的填充物二。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述填充物一和填充物二为填充绳。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述电单元的数量为三个,所述电单元与光单元的排布方式为:三个所述电单元与所述填充物二围绕所述中心加强件,所述填充物一和光单元分别填充到所述电单元之间的空隙以及所述电单元与所述填充物二之间的空隙中。
本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述电单元内部设有七根导体。
本发明的有益效果是:
其一、本发明中的光电复合缆,既保证了光纤光缆信号传输,又解决了远端供电难的问题,将上述光电复合缆应用在接入网中,具有占用空间小、方便施工、避免二次布线等诸多优点。
其二、本发明的光电复合缆具有良好的结构设计、材料选择和双层工艺,使该复合缆除了具有优良的光电传输性能外还具有很好的机械、环境性能和防蚁防鼠咬性能,能够很好的应用在室外环境温差大、雨尘、阴暗潮湿多鼠 多蚁的野外环境中。
其三、本发明的光电复合缆的光单元和电单元与填充绳一起绞合成缆,使之成为一体,可以克服光缆抗拉强度低的缺陷。
其四、本发明的复合缆电单元的绝缘层采用辐照交联特殊材质,具有优良的电气和物理性能,具有更加优秀的耐环境性能。
其五、本发明的复合缆缆芯外重叠绕包具有良好阻燃性能和隔热性能的保护材料,增加符合缆的耐高温能力。
其六、本发明的复合缆缆芯外设有玻璃纤维带、镀锌钢带组成的辅助加强层,具有良好抗侧压和防鼠防蚁能力。
其七、本发明的复合缆的护套采用低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃加阻燃尼龙双层护套。使光缆除了具有优良的传输性能外还具有很好的机械性能和环境性能。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例中公开一种多功能型接入网用光电复合缆,其截面结构如图1中所示,其包括缆芯和包裹在上述缆芯外部的护套,上述缆芯包括光单元7和若干电单元1。
上述光单元由内护套包裹的若干纤芯,上述电单元包括绝缘层和由上述绝缘层包裹的若干导体。
在本实施例中,上述电单元1绝缘层的材料采用辐照交联的材料,其具有优良的电气和物理性能,具有更加优秀的耐环境性能。
上述电单元1内部的导体为七根导体,在其它实施例中,导体的数量根据实际电缆生产需要增减,这里不作限制,导体可以是现在常用的铜导体或稀土导体。
为了提高上述光电复合缆的抗性和抗破坏性,能够满足光电复合缆在野外环境中防鼠防蚁需求,在上述护套内侧设有辅助加强层,在本实施例中,上述辅助加强层包括玻璃纤维带5和镀锌钢带6,上述玻璃纤维带5设置在上述镀锌钢带6的内侧。
上述护套为双层护套,上述双层护套包括低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃护套8和阻燃尼龙护套9,上述阻燃尼龙护套9设置在光电复合缆的最外层。
为了增加上述光电复合缆的耐高温性能,在上述复合缆的缆芯外侧包绕有云母带4,上述云母带4设置在上述玻璃纤维带5的内侧。上述云母带5是具有良好的阻燃性能和隔热性能的保护材料,提高了复合缆的耐高温性能。
上述缆芯中还设有中心加强件3,上述中心加强件3设置在光电复合缆的中心,上述中心加强件的周围围绕上述电单元1和光单元7。
在上述缆芯中还设有三个与上述光单元直径相等的填充物一21和一个与上述电单元直径相等的填充物二22。在本实施例中,上述填充物一21和填充物二22为填充绳。
在本实施例中,上述电单元1的数量为三个,上述电单元1与光单元7 的排布方式为:三个上述电单元1与上述填充物二22围绕上述中心加强件3,即上述的三个电单元1与填充物二22围成圆形;上述电单元1之间以及上述电单元1与上述填充物二22之间填充上述填充物一21和光单元7。
在本实施例中,将上述电单元和光电缆与填充绳一起绞合成缆,使之成为一体,能够克服光缆抗拉强度低的缺陷。
本发明中的光电复合缆,既保证了光纤光缆信号传输,又解决了远端供电难的问题,将上述光电复合缆应用在接入网中,具有占用空间小、方便施工、避免二次布线等诸多优点。
因为,上述的光电复合缆是一种具有优良机械物理性能和环境性能的多功能复合缆,可以适用在智能楼宇综合配线、高速公路信息网络、工业装修以及大型公共场所等多种复杂环境中。

  1. 一种多功能型接入网用光电复合缆,其包括缆芯和包裹在所述缆芯外部的护套,所述缆芯包括光单元和若干电单元,其特征在于,所述护套内侧设有辅助加强层,所述光单元包括由内护套包裹的若干纤芯,所述电单元包括绝缘层和由所述绝缘层包裹的若干导体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能型接入网用光电复合缆,其特征在于,所述辅助加强层包括玻璃纤维带和镀锌钢带,所述玻璃纤维带设置在所述镀锌钢带的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能型接入网用光电复合缆,其特征在于,所述护套为双层护套,所述双层护套包括低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃护套和阻燃尼龙护套,所述阻燃尼龙护套设置在光电复合缆的最外层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能型接入网用光电复合缆,其特征在于,还包括云母带,所述云母带设置在所述玻璃纤维带的内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能接入网用光电复合缆,其特征在于,还包括中心加强件,所述中心加强件设置在所述缆芯的中心,所述中心加强件的周围围绕所述电单元和光单元。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能接入网用光电复合缆,其特征在于,还包括三个与所述光单元直径相等的填充物一和一个与所述电单元直径相等的填充物二。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能接入网用光电复合缆,其特征在于,所述填充物一和填充物二为填充绳。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能接入网用光电复合缆,其特征在于,所述电单元的数量为三个,所述电单元与光单元的排布方式为:三个所述电单元与所述填充物二围绕所述中心加强件,所述填充物一和光单元分别填充到所述电单元之间的空隙以及所述电单元与所述填充物二之间的空隙中。
