Claims (12)
- 複数の層を含む基板と、
前記基板上に配置された配向超伝導層と、
前記配向超伝導層上に配置された合金コーティングと、を含む超伝導テープであって、
前記合金コーティングは1又は2以上の金属層を含み、該金属層のうち少なくとも1つの金属層は金属合金を含み、
前記合金コーティングは銅層/銀層の二層構造を含み、該銀層はZrまたはTaを含むAg合金を含み、前記Zrまたは前記Taのモル分率が0.5〜10.0%の間である超伝導テープ。 - 前記配向超伝導層はRBa2Cu3O7−xを含み、Rは希土類元素である、請求項1に記載の超伝導テープ。
- 前記銅層はCu合金を含み、厚さは10μm以下である、請求項1に記載の超伝導テープ。
- 前記銅合金は、銅とジルコニウム、銅とスズ、または銅と亜鉛の混合物を含む、請求項3に記載の超伝導テープ。
- 銅とジルコニウムの混合物を含み、ジルコニウムのモル分率が10%以下である、請求項4に記載の超伝導テープ。
- 前記配向超伝導層はRBa2Cu3O7−xを含み、Rは希土類元素であり、
前記超伝導テープを約1秒間以上、300℃超に加熱する際に、前記Ag合金は、Zr含有酸化物析出物またはTa含有酸化物析出物を生成するのに有効である、請求項1に記載の超伝導テープ。 - 前記Ag合金はSnまたはZnを含み、前記SnまたはZnのモル分率が0.5〜30%の間である、請求項1に記載の超伝導テープ。
- テープ基板上に配向超伝導体材料を含む超伝導層を形成するステップと、
前記超伝導層上に合金コーティングを形成するステップと、を含み、
前記テープ基板および前記配向超伝導体材料はその間に第1境界面を定義し、前記合金コーティングおよび前記超伝導層は前記第1境界面の反対側に第2境界面を定義し、前記合金コーティングは1又は2以上の金属層を含み、該金属層のうち少なくとも1つの金属層は金属合金を含み、
前記合金コーティングは銅層/銀層の二層構造を含み、該銀層はZrまたはTaを含むAg合金を含み、前記Zrまたは前記Taのモル分率が0.5〜10.0%の間である、超伝導テープを形成する方法。 - 前記合金コーティングを形成する前記ステップは、
前記超伝導層上に銀層を形成するステップと、前記銀層上に銅層を形成するステップと、を含み、
前記銀層は前記銅層および前記超伝導層の間に配置される、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記超伝導層はRBa2Cu3O7−xを含み、Rは希土類元素である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記超伝導層を形成する前記ステップは、銅酸化物ベースの超伝導体を含む第二種超伝導体を形成するステップを含み、
前記方法は、前記超伝導層と接する合金コーティングの金属合金層を提供するステップをさらに含み、
前記超伝導テープを1秒間以上、300℃に加熱する際、前記金属合金層の合金元素が反応して、前記超伝導層に酸化析出物を形成するのに有効である、請求項8に記載の方法。 - Cu合金として前記銅層を形成するステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
