Claims (13)
- 超伝導性物品であって、以下のものよりなる:
10より小さくない基板の長さの基板の幅に対する寸法比、および100マイクロオームセンチより小さくない抵抗率を持つ、主要な構成要素としてチタンを持つチタン合金基板、ここで、該基板は、50ミクロンより大きくない厚さを持つ;
バッファ層、該バッファ層は、少なくとも1つの2軸整列された結晶よりなる膜よりなり、該2軸整列された結晶の第1の軸は該膜の面内にあり、該2軸整列された結晶の第2の軸は該膜の面外にある;
前記バッファ層上に横たわる超伝導性層、ここで、前記超伝導性物品は、7.00g/ccより大きくない密度を持つ。 - 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記チタン合金は、その添加元素が、アルミニウム、バナジウム、鉄、錫、 ルテニウム、パラジウム、ジルコニウム、モリブデン、ニッケル、ニオブ、クロム、およびシリコンから選択された要素、またはそれらの組み合わせよりなる。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記超伝導性物品は、6.50g/cc以下の密度を持つ。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品は、さらに前記超伝導性層上に横たわる安定化層よりなり、ここで、前記安定化層はアルミニウムよりなる。
- 請求項4に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記安定化層は、50ミクロンより小さくない厚さを持つ。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記超伝導性層は、77°Kより低くない臨界温度Tcをもつ高温超伝導体材料よりなる。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記超伝導性物品は、超伝導性のテープのコイルであり、該超伝導性テープのコイルは、前記基板と、前記超伝導性層とよりなる。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、該物品は電力変圧器であり、該電力変圧器は、少なくとも1次巻線と、2次巻線とよりなり、ここで、前記1次巻線と、2次巻線とのいずれかは、前記超伝導性テープの巻きコイルよりなり、該超伝導性テープは、前記基板と、前記超伝導性層とよりなる。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記物品は、回転機械であり、該回転機械は、少なくとも1つの巻線よりなり、該少なくとも1つの巻線は、前記基板と、前記超伝導性層よりなる超伝導性テープよりなる。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記少なくとも1つの膜は、岩塩状結晶構造を持つIBAD膜よりなる。
- 請求項10に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記IBAD膜は、IBAD MgOよりなる。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記超伝導体材料はREBa2Cu3O7-xよりなり、ここで、REは希土類要素である。
- 請求項1に記載の超伝導性物品において、前記物品は、100より小さくない寸法比を持つ。
