Claims (7)
- 二つの部屋を連通する第一減衰通路と、
前記第一減衰通路を開閉し、前記第一減衰通路を移動する流体の流れに抵抗を与えるメインバルブと、
前記メインバルブを迂回して前記二つの部屋を連通する第二減衰通路と、
前記第二減衰通路を絞る絞り弁とを備え、
前記絞り弁は、
軸方向の一端部に設けられた弁座を含むハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に挿入されて前記ハウジングに対する軸方向位置を調整可能なケースと、
一端を前記弁座に向けて前記ケース内に移動可能に挿入されるとともに、前記ケースで前記弁座側への移動を規制される弁体と、
前記弁体を前記弁座側に附勢する弾性部材とを有することを特徴とする緩衝器。 - シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室に区画するピストンと、
リザーバと、
前記伸側室と前記圧側室とを連通する伸側第一減衰通路と、
前記伸側第一減衰通路を開閉し、前記伸側第一減衰通路を移動する流体の流れに抵抗を与える伸側メインバルブと、
前記伸側室と前記リザーバとを連通する伸側第二減衰通路と、
前記伸側第二減衰通路を絞る伸側絞り弁とを備え、
前記伸側絞り弁は、
軸方向の一端部に設けられた弁座を含むハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に挿入されて前記ハウジングに対する軸方向位置を調整可能なケースと、
一端を前記弁座に向けて前記ケース内に移動可能に挿入されるとともに、前記ケースで前記弁座側への移動を規制される弁体と、
前記弁体を前記弁座側に附勢する弾性部材とを有することを特徴とする緩衝器。 - シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室に区画するピストンと、
リザーバと、
前記伸側室と前記圧側室とを連通する伸側第一減衰通路と、
前記圧側室と前記リザーバとを連通する圧側第一減衰通路と、
前記伸側第一減衰通路を開閉し、前記伸側第一減衰通路を移動する流体の流れに抵抗を与える伸側メインバルブと、
前記圧側第一減衰通路を開閉し、前記圧側第一減衰通路を移動する流体の流れに抵抗を与える圧側メインバルブと、
前記伸側室と前記リザーバとを連通する伸側第二減衰通路と、
前記圧側メインバルブを迂回して前記圧側室と前記リザーバとを連通する圧側第二減衰通路と、
前記伸側第二減衰通路を絞る伸側絞り弁と
前記圧側第二減衰通路を絞る圧側絞り弁とを備え、
前記伸側絞り弁及び前記圧側絞り弁は、
軸方向の一端部に設けられた弁座を含むハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に挿入されて前記ハウジングに対する軸方向位置を調整可能なケースと、
一端を前記弁座に向けて前記ケース内に移動可能に挿入されるとともに、前記ケースで前記弁座側への移動を規制される弁体と、
前記弁体を前記弁座側に附勢する弾性部材とを有することを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記ケース内の前記弁体の他端側に挿入されて前記弾性部材の一端を支持し、前記ケースに対する軸方向位置を調整可能なばね受を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記圧側メインバルブと直列に前記圧側第一減衰通路の流路面積を変更する調整弁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3、又は請求項3を引用する請求項4に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記シリンダの外側に設けられて内部に前記リザーバが形成されるタンクと、
前記シリンダと前記タンクとを連結する連結部材とを備え、
前記連結部材に、前記伸側絞り弁、前記圧側絞り弁、前記調整弁の何れか又は全てが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項5の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記メインバルブと直列に前記第一減衰通路の流路面積を変更する調整弁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1、又は請求項1を引用する請求項4に記載の緩衝器。
