固定部分および回転部分と、
固定リングおよび回転リングが設けられる少なくとも1つの軸受であって、回転部分を回転可能に案内するために前記固定部分と前記回転部分との間に取り付けられる軸受と、
前記軸受の固定リングと固定部分との間に介在されるダンパカラーと
を備える、回転機械を提供し、
前記ダンパカラーは、その中に切り抜かれる舌部を有する可撓性ストリップを備え、前記可撓性ストリップは、前記軸受の固定リングの周りでリングに形成され、ストリップをリングに形成することにより、前記舌部の自由端縁が固定部分と接触するように、舌部がカラーから外側へ移動するようになっていることを特徴とする。
Claims (10)
- 固定部分および回転部分と、
固定リングおよび回転リングが設けられる少なくとも1つの軸受(20)であって、回転部分を回転可能に案内するために前記固定部分と前記回転部分との間に取り付けられる軸受と、
固定リングと固定部分との間に介在されるダンパカラー(12)と
を備える、回転機械(10)にして、
前記ダンパカラー(12)が、その中に切り抜かれる舌部(122)を有する可撓性ストリップ(121)を備え、前記可撓性ストリップ(121)が、前記軸受(20)の固定リングの周りでリングに形成され、ストリップをリングに形成することにより、前記舌部(122)の自由端縁(123)が固定部分と接触するように、舌部(122)がカラー(12)から外側へ移動するようになっている、回転機械(10)であって、前記軸受(20)が、管状円筒形インサート(18)に収容され、前記ダンパカラー(12)が、ねじ(30)によって前記管状円筒形インサート(18)に直接固定されることを特徴とする、回転機械(10)。 - 可撓性ストリップが、金属で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回転機械(10)。
- 前記固定部分が、前記回転部分を保護することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の回転機械(10)。
- 軸受(20)が、一対のアンギュラコンタクトボール軸受を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の回転機械(10)。
- 前記ダンパカラー(12)が、2つの辺縁ストリップ(126、127)を有し、この辺縁ストリップ(126、127)を介して前記管状円筒形インサート(18)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の回転機械(10)。
- 各舌部(122)が、概ねU字形状をした切抜きによって個別化されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の回転機械(10)。
- この概略U字形状が、直線状自由端縁(123)を有する舌部を画定することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の回転機械(10)。
- 前記直線状自由端縁(123)が、回転部分の回転軸(X)に対して平行であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の回転機械(10)。
- カラーには、前記カラー(12)の全周の周りに規則正しく間隔を置いて設けられた舌部(122)の少なくとも1つの列(124、125)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の回転機械(10)。
- 前記可撓性ストリップ(121)が、合金鋼で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の回転機械(10)。
