Description
Claims (8)
- 構造体に形成された転走面上を転走する多数の転動体を具備して前記構造体に対して相対的に移動可能な案内体であって、
前記案内体は、前記転動体が循環する無限循環路を有すると共に、当該無限循環路内の転動体を前記構造体の転走面に接触させるための負荷開口部を有し、
前記負荷開口部の少なくとも片側には、当該負荷開口部から前記構造体側に突出した転動体の突出端よりも前記構造体側に突出した案内部が形成され、
前記案内部は、前記転動体が前記案内体と前記構造体との間で荷重を負荷しながら転走している場合には、前記構造体に接触することなく当該構造体と対向する一方、前記転動体と前記転走面との間に隙間が発生して当該転動体が前記転走面から離脱した場合には、前記案内部が前記構造体と接しながら当該案内体を前記構造体に沿ってすべり案内することを特徴とする案内体。 - 前記構造体には前記転動体の転走面を有する隆起部が設けられ、前記転動体と前記転走面との間に隙間が発生して当該転動体が前記転走面から離脱した場合に、前記案内部は前記転走面に接することなく、前記隆起部に係止されて当該隆起部に摺接することを特徴とする請求項1記載の案内体。
- 前記案内部は前記案内体に設けられた負荷開口部を挟んで一対設けられ、
一対の案内部の先端を結んだ仮想平面と前記負荷開口部から前記構造体側に突出した転動体の突出端の間には前記構造体の隆起部が入り込む収納空間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の案内体。 - 前記案内体は同一の形状の一対の半体が結合してなり、
各半体には無端状の転動体転走溝が形成され、一対の半体を互いに向かい合わせに結合することにより、前記転動体の無限循環路及び前記負荷開口部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の案内体。 - 前記案内体の無限循環路は、前記構造体の転走面との間で転動体が荷重を負荷しながら転走する負荷転走面を有し、
前記負荷転走面は前記負荷開口部の長手方向に沿った凸曲面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の案内体。 - 一対の半体が各半体の移動方向両端部で互いに固定されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の案内体。
- 一対の半体がスナップフィット方式で互いに固定されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の案内体。
- 転動体の転走面が形成された軌道レールと、
この軌道レールに多数の転動体を介して移動自在に組み付けられる案内体と、を有し、
前記案内体は、前記転動体が循環する無限循環路を有すると共に、当該無限循環路内の転動体を前記軌道レールの転走面に接触させるための負荷開口部を有し、
前記負荷開口部の少なくとも片側には、当該負荷開口部から前記軌道レール側に突出した転動体の突出端よりも前記軌道レール側に突出した案内部が形成され、
前記軌道レールは、当該軌道レールの長手方向に沿って延びる隆起部を有し、
前記隆起部には前記転動体の転走面が設けられると共に、当該隆起部の側面は前記案内体の案内部と対向し、
前記案内部は、前記転動体が前記案内体と前記軌道レールとの間で荷重を負荷しながら転走している場合には、前記軌道レールに接触することなく当該軌道レールと対向する一方、前記転動体と前記転走面との間に隙間が発生して当該転動体が前記転走面から離脱した場合に、前記案内部が前記軌道レールの隆起部と接しながら当該案内体を前記軌道レールに沿ってすべり案内することを特徴とする運動案内装置。
