Description
本発明の実施するための説明を非制限的例示の方法によって後述する。以下の説明は、他の元素とともに特に銀酸化物を含む組成物を有するガラスで作られた物品1を装飾することに関する。組成は下記の表1に要約されている。
−頂上から底辺:スキャニングピッチを、10μmずつ、5μmから35μmまでの範囲で変化させた。
Claims (11)
- 銀、金、または銅の少なくともひとつの金属酸化物を含む組成物の透明ガラスで作られた物品(1)のバルク内に作られる着色パターン(11)の工業的装飾方法であって、
酸化雰囲気を有するガラス輸送経路内で前記ガラスを酸化する工程;
前記ガラス物品の着色される領域をレーザー照射する工程;および
前記照射されたガラスをアニールする最終工程;
の連続的な工程を含み、
セリウムを含み、アンチモンおよびスズの合計量が100ppm未満であるガラス組成物が用いられ、
前記ガラスを酸化する工程において、前記ガラス組成物が、前記輸送経路に沿った通過により、レーザー照射が行われる領域へ運ばれ、この際、前記ガラス組成物が、前記輸送経路を通過することで酸化され、
前記着色される領域をレーザー照射する工程が、1012W/cm2よりも大きい値で前記ガラスに電力を供給しながら、10−11s以下のパルス幅を有するレーザー照射により実施される、工業的装飾方法。 - アンチモンおよびスズのどちらも含んでいない組成物を用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー照射する工程が、250〜1700nmの範囲の波長を有するレーザー(3)を用いて実施される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー照射する工程が、6psより短いパルス幅の範囲のパルス幅を有するレーザー(3)を用いて実施される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー照射する工程は、ビーム(2)が光学集束系(5)を通過するレーザー(3)を用いて実施される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 装飾されるガラス物品(1)上の着色パターン(11)の着色強度を変更するために、前記レーザー照射する工程中に前記レーザーの重複比を変化させる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 装飾されるガラス物品(1)上の着色パターン(11)の着色強度を増大するために、前記レーザー照射する工程中に前記レーザーの重複比を増加させる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー照射する工程が、長距離にわたって制御された様式の着色パターン(11)を作製するために、前記レーザー(3)からのビーム(2)を移動する工程、またはマーキングスピードで装飾されるガラス物品(3)を移動する工程と組み合わせられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記マーキングスピードが、少なくとも1mm2/sより大きい、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 最終アニール工程は、前記照射されたガラス物品(1)が、10分より長い時間、300〜700℃の温度範囲で閉じられた中に配置される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化雰囲気における酸素含量は、前記ガラスに接触する燃焼ガス内において1%より高い、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
