Description
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも部分的に繊維強化プラスチックからなるオートバイまたはスクータ用の車輪であって、当該車輪(10)のハブ部(12)は、剛性のある自己支持形の二つの金属製のインサート(18,20)を有し、インサートは、ハブ部(12)の軸方向の対向位置する側面に設けられているとともに軸方向および半径方向(A,r)において互いに形状結合により接続されている車輪。
- インサート(18,20)の少なくとも一つが駆動ピニオンに接続されるように形成され、他方のインサート(20,18)がブレーキディスクに接続されるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪。
- 繊維強化プラスチックは、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFK)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車輪。
- 二つのインサート(18,20)の軸方向の形状結合を形成する部分は、二つのインサート(18,20)の軸方向の中心(M)に概ね位置することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車輪。
- インサート(20)の少なくとも一つは、一周する、軸方向に延びる少なくとも一つの脚部(30,32)を有し、当該脚部がその自由端部(30a,32a)において他方のインサート(18)の当接部(26a,28a)に当接することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車輪。
- 脚部の自由端部には、或いは、当接部(26a,28a)には、軸方向および半径方向のストッパである肩部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車輪。
- 各インサート(18,20)は、一周する同軸の軸方向に延びる二つの脚部(26,28,30,32)を有し、対向する脚部(26,28,30,32)の対のそれぞれにおいて、それぞれ脚部(26,28)の一方に当接部(26a,28a)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5,6のいずれか一項に記載の車輪。
- 二つのインサート(18,20)の間に、周方向(U)において形状・摩擦結合が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車輪。
- インサート(18,20)の一方の少なくとも一つの半径方向の外面及び他方のインサート(18,20)の少なくとも一つの半径方向の内面に、相補的な、互いに入れ子式に係合する歯部(42,44)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車輪。
- 二つのインサート(18,20)は、ドーナツ型の空洞(36)を一体的に包囲していることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の車輪。
